Njegova zadostna raven pozitivno vpliva na <strong>vitalnost, koncentracijo<\/strong>, pa tudi na normalno delovanje mi\u0161ic. Aminokislina L-tirozin se nahaja v prehrani in se presnavlja, da tvori kateholamine, kot so <strong>dopamin, epinefrin<\/strong> (adrenalin) in<strong> noradrenalin<\/strong> (noradrenalin).<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> [1\u20132]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Adrenalin in noradrenalin<\/strong> sta hormona stresa, ki se spro\u0161\u010data predvsem v napetih situacijah. Omenili smo, da <strong>fenilalanin proizvaja tirozin le, \u010de ga je v telesu dovolj.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Niso pa vsi ljudje genetsko sposobni predelati te <strong>aminokisline<\/strong>. <strong>Fenilketonurija<\/strong> ali <strong>fenilketonurna oligofrenija<\/strong> je prirojena motnja presnove fenilalanina. Gre za eno najpogostej\u0161ih dednih presnovnih bolezni, katere zdravljenje se mora za\u010deti pred tretjim mesecem otrokove starosti. Neprepoznana fenilketonurija se lahko ka\u017ee kot <strong>du\u0161evna zaostalost, napadi, prekomerna mi\u0161i\u010dna napetost in hiperaktivnost.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"1\" data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Bolniki s to motnjo imajo obi\u010dajno <strong>nizko raven tirozina<\/strong> v telesu, ker morajo slediti dieti z nizko vsebnostjo fenilalanina.
