Obi\u010dno se proizvodi samo ako u tijelu ima dovoljno druge aminokiseline \u2013<strong> fenilalanina<\/strong>.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3\u20135]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Fenilalanin je esencijalna aminokiselina koja je u metabolizmu <strong>va\u017ean prekursor<\/strong> (polazni materijal) za <strong>proizvodnju tirozina.<\/strong> Kao spoj slu\u017ei za proizvodnju neurotransmitera potrebnih za aktivnost \u017eiv\u010danog sustava. Spomenuli smo da<strong> fenilalanin stvara tirozin samo ako ga ima dovoljno u tijelu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, nisu svi ljudi genetski sposobni za preradu ove <strong>aminokiseline.<\/strong> <strong>Fenilketonurija<\/strong> ili <strong>fenilketonurska oligofrenija<\/strong> uro\u0111eni je poreme\u0107aj metabolizma fenilalanina. To je jedna od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih nasljednih metaboli\u010dkih bolesti, \u010dije lije\u010denje mora zapo\u010deti prije tre\u0107eg mjeseca djetetove dobi. Neprepoznata fenilketonurija mo\u017ee se manifestirati kao <strong>mentalna zaostalost, napadaji, prekomjerna napetost mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/strong> i <strong>hiperaktivnost.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"1\" data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Pacijenti s ovim poreme\u0107ajem imaju tendenciju da imaju <strong>nisku razinu tirozina<\/strong> u tijelu jer trebaju slijediti prehranu s niskim udjelom fenilalanina.
