Jeho dostate\u010dn\u00e1 hladina m\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed vliv na <strong>vitalitu, koncentraci<\/strong>, ale tak\u00e9 na <strong>norm\u00e1ln\u00ed funkci svalstva<\/strong>. Aminokyselina L-tyrosin se nach\u00e1z\u00ed ve strav\u011b a metabolizuje se na produkci katecholamin\u016f, jako jsou <strong>dopamin, epinefrin<\/strong> (adrenalin) a <strong>norepinefrin<\/strong> (noradrenalin). <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1\u20132]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Adrenalin<\/strong> a <strong>noradrenalin<\/strong> jsou stresov\u00e9 hormony, kter\u00e9 se uvol\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve vypjat\u00fdch situac\u00edch. <strong>Zvy\u0161uj\u00ed tepovou frekvenci<\/strong> a <strong>hladinu cukru v krvi.<\/strong> Jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za chov\u00e1n\u00ed ve stresu a v t\u011ble funguj\u00ed jako <strong>\u201estart\u00e9r s\u00edly\u201c.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Dopamin<\/strong> je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd <strong>neurotransmiter<\/strong>, kter\u00fd vznik\u00e1 v mozku. Je \u201eposlem\u201c <strong>nervov\u00e9 soustavy<\/strong>, kter\u00fd p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed chemickou informaci a <strong>m\u00e1 vliv na lidsk\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 motivaci, pozornost nebo n\u00e1ladu. B\u011b\u017en\u011b se vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed jen tehdy, kdy\u017e je v t\u011ble dostatek dal\u0161\u00ed aminokyseliny \u2013 <strong>fenylalaninu<\/strong>. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3\u20135]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Fenylalanin je esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed aminokyselina, kter\u00e1 je v r\u00e1mci metabolismu <strong>d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm prekurzorem<\/strong> (v\u00fdchoz\u00ed l\u00e1tkou) <strong>pro vznik tyrosinu<\/strong>. Jako slou\u010denina slou\u017e\u00ed k tvorb\u011b neurotransmiter\u016f pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch pro \u010dinnost nervov\u00e9 soustavy. Existuj\u00ed dv\u011b formy fenylalaninu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">D-fenylalanin<\/strong>, kter\u00fd nen\u00ed esenci\u00e1ln\u00ed aminokyselinou<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">L-fenylalanin<\/strong>, kter\u00fd se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v b\u00edlkovin\u00e1ch. Pr\u00e1v\u011b <strong>tato forma je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro vznik tyrosinu<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je fenylketonurie (PKU)?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O tomto pojmu jste pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b je\u0161t\u011b nesly\u0161eli, ale u\u017e n\u00e1zev nazna\u010duje, \u017ee souvis\u00ed s fenylalaninem. Zmi\u0148ovali jsme, \u017ee <strong>fenylalanin vyr\u00e1b\u00ed tyrosin jen tehdy, kdy\u017e je ho v t\u011ble dostatek.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne v\u0161ichni lid\u00e9 jsou v\u0161ak geneticky schopn\u00ed zpracovat tuto <strong>aminokyselinu<\/strong>. <strong>Fenylketonurie<\/strong> nebo jinak tak\u00e9 <strong>fenylketonurick\u00e1 oligofr\u00e9nie<\/strong> je vrozen\u00e1 porucha p\u0159em\u011bny fenylalaninu. Je to jedno z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00fdch metabolick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jeho\u017e l\u00e9\u010dba mus\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt u\u017e p\u0159ed t\u0159et\u00edm m\u011bs\u00edcem v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte. Nerozpoznan\u00e1 fenylketonurie se m\u016f\u017ee projevit <strong>ment\u00e1ln\u00ed retardac\u00ed, z\u00e1chvaty, nadm\u011brn\u00fdm svalov\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm <\/strong>a<strong> hyperaktivitou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pacienti s touto poruchou zvyknou m\u00edt v t\u011ble <strong>n\u00edzkou hladinu tyrosinu<\/strong>, proto\u017ee mus\u00ed dr\u017eet dietu s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem fenylalaninu ve strav\u011b.
