Vse te mo\u017enosti so odli\u010den na\u010din, ki lahko<strong> izbolj\u0161a na\u0161e zdravje, prebavne motnje, menstrualne bole\u010dine in celo spodbuja huj\u0161anje.<\/strong> Ali ne verjamete? Po 12 tednih se je <strong>raven inzulina v krvi in \u200b\u200bindeks telesne mase (ITM)<\/strong> v skupini, ki je u\u017eivala ingver, <strong>zmanj\u0161ala<\/strong>. Rezultati so bili potrjeni v raziskavi iz leta 2019, ki je pokazala, da dodatek ingverja pri <strong>prekomerno te\u017ekih ali debelih ljudeh znatno zmanj\u0161a telesno te\u017eo in obseg telesa.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pitje vro\u010dega ingverjevega \u010daja je imelo enak u\u010dinek na zmanj\u0161anje telesne te\u017ee. Rezultati kvalitativne \u0161tudije so pokazali <strong>pove\u010dano termogenezo (proizvodnjo toplote), manj lakote in ve\u010d sitosti<\/strong> pri mo\u0161kih, ki so vsak dan pili ingverjev \u010daj. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3] <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko \u017eelite shuj\u0161ati, je lahko ingver za vas odli\u010den spremljevalec. \u010ce je va\u0161 kalori\u010dni primanjkljaj pravilno nastavljen in ste \u0161e vedno pogosto la\u010dni, bi lahko pitje ingverjevega \u010daja re\u0161ilo va\u0161o te\u017eavo. \u010ce imate \u017eeljo po sladkem, poskusite po po\u017eirkih piti ingverjev shot. Na podlagi prej\u0161njih raziskav lahko z gotovostjo trdimo, da bodo ingver cenile, na primer, nose\u010dnice. Po mnenju strokovnjakov lahko hlapna olja in fenolne spojine, imenovane <strong>gingeroli<\/strong>, ki jih vsebuje ingver, <strong>pomagajo pri jutranji slabosti.<\/strong> Vendar ga ne bi smele zau\u017eiti tik pred rojstvom, temve\u010d v prvih dveh trimese\u010djih.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4] [6] <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingver ima na splo\u0161no veliko pozitivnih u\u010dinkov na prebavni sistem.<strong> Izbolj\u0161a \u017eelod\u010dno aktivnost in pomaga pri zdravljenju \u010drevesnih kolik ali napenjanja.<\/strong> Pomaga lahko celo pri driski in drugih prebavnih te\u017eavah. \u010ce na primer z ve\u010derjo pretiravate z alkoholom in vam zjutraj postane slabo, lahko ingver pomiri \u017eelodec in celoten prebavni sistem. Toda ne pri\u010dakujte \u010dude\u017eev. Ti so bili razdeljeni v dve skupini, ki sta v prvih 3 dneh menstruacije u\u017eivali ingver ali zdravila proti bole\u010dinam &#8211; mefenaminska kislina ali ibuprofen.<strong> Izkazalo se je, da je ingver pri zdravljenju bole\u010dih menstruacij enako u\u010dinkovit kot drugi dve uporabljeni snovi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Njegove u\u010dinke pa lahko cenijo tudi gospodje. Ingver lahko laj\u0161a tudi <strong>bole\u010dine v sklepih, mi\u0161icah ali glavobole<\/strong>, saj ima <strong>podobne u\u010dinke kot nesteroidna protivnetna zdravila<\/strong> (Aspirin, Ibalgin, Ibuprofen ali Paracetamol) v telesu.
