Zakaj je kolostrum tako poseben? <strong>Vsebuje visoko koli\u010dino protiteles, rastnih faktorjev in encimov<\/strong>, ki podpirajo rast in obrambo telesa v boju proti boleznim. Sestava kolostruma se spremeni v prvih dneh in s\u010dasoma postane materino mleko. Je pomemben vir beljakovin, rastnih hormonov in protiteles, potrebnih za zgodnji razvoj novorojen\u010dkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kolostrum je <strong>\u0161e posebej bogat z imunoglobulini in drugimi biolo\u0161ko aktivnimi snovmi z anti-mikrobnim delovanjem<\/strong>, ki vsebujejo tudi <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/sirotkin-whey-protein\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">kakovostne sirotkine beljakovine<\/a> v manj\u0161ih koncentracijah. Za razliko od drugih mle\u010dnih izdelkov je kolostrum edini, ki vsebuje rastne dejavnike (zlasti IGF-1 in IGF-2), ki zagotavljajo hitro rast in razvoj. Prav IgG iz govejega kolostruma lahko uporabimo za za\u0161\u010dito telesa v obliki pasivne imunosti. Zaradi visoke vsebnosti IgG se goveji kolostrum uspe\u0161no uporablja tudi pri zdravljenju driske. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [8]<\/span><\/li><li><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Rastni dejavniki<\/strong> so snovi, ki <strong>spodbujajo rast<\/strong>, hormonov IGF-1 in IGF-2 (inzulinu podobnih rastnih faktorjev) pa je najve\u010d v govejem kolostrumu in jih pogosto najdemo pod imenom somatomedini. Somatomedini na splo\u0161no spodbujajo proteosintezo (tvorbo novih beljakovin).&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[7]<\/span><\/li><li><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Anti-mikrobna peptida<\/strong> laktoperoksidaza in laktoferin, sta peptida, ki ju imunski sistem uporablja za boj proti oku\u017ebam. Kolostrum je najbogatej\u0161i vir laktoferina.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1\u20132]<\/span><\/li><li><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Antibakterijski encim<\/strong> lizocim, lahko moti bakterijsko steno, kar lahko nato privede do uni\u010denja same celice. Lizocim dopolnjuje antibakterijske lastnosti laktoferina.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [9\u201310]<\/span><\/li><li><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Polipeptidi, bogati s prolinom<\/strong> <strong>(PRP)<\/strong>, so znani tudi kot kolostrinin. So pomembni regulatorji imunskega sistema, podpirajo nastajanje belih krvnih celic in lahko sodelujejo tudi pri za\u0161\u010diti celic pred oksidativnim stresom.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[26\u201327]<\/span><\/li><li><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Alfa-laktalbumin<\/strong> in <strong>beta-laktoglobulin<\/strong> spodbujata aktivnost protiteles imunskih celic.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[17\u201318]<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Kolostrum je napolnjen s hranili<\/strong>, ki pozitivno vplivajo na imunski sistem, rast telesa in so lahko koristna za zdravje ljudi skozi vse \u017eivljenje. Kolostrum seveda vsebuje tudi ogljikove hidrate v obliki laktoze z vsebnostjo 2,7\u20134,6% in ma\u0161\u010dobe z vsebnostjo pribli\u017eno 4,4% v primeru sve\u017eega kolostruma. Raziskovalci so ugotovili, da je bilo v skupini otrok, ki je dva meseca prejemala dodatek govejega kolostruma, za <strong>37% manj primerov oku\u017eb zgornjih dihalnih poti<\/strong>, v primerjavi z obdobjem pred dodatkom.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[11\u201312] <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>12-tedenska \u0161tudija z Nove Zelandije je v skupini z 35 vzdr\u017eljivostnimi teka\u010di pokazala pozitiven u\u010dinek kolostruma na imunost. Vsakodnevno dodajanje kolostruma je <strong>pove\u010dalo raven imunoglobulina IgA v slini za 79%<\/strong> glede na izhodi\u0161\u010de. Povi\u0161ane ravni IgA v slini <strong>lahko okrepijo imunsko funkcijo<\/strong> in pomagajo telesu, da se u\u010dinkoviteje bori proti oku\u017ebam zgornjih dihal.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[13]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ceprav so rezultati \u0161tudij v mnogih primerih zelo obetavni, je kolostrum \u0161e vedno mogo\u010de razumeti kot del\u010dek celotnega mozaika celovitega pristopa k podpori imunskega sistema.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">2.
