Sastav kolostruma mijenja se tijekom prvih dana i s vremenom postaje maj\u010dino mlijeko. Me\u0111utim, \u010darolija kolostruma le\u017ei negdje drugdje &#8211; u sadr\u017eaju specifi\u010dnih bjelan\u010devina koje promi\u010du zdravlje.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Koje tvari za promicanje zdravlja mo\u017eemo na\u0107i u kolostrumu?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"2\"><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Proteini<\/strong> &#8211; kolostrum sadr\u017ei u prosjeku oko <strong>2,5 puta vi\u0161e u odnosu na obi\u010dno mlijeko<\/strong>. Od ukupnog sadr\u017eaja proteina, kolostrum se mo\u017ee pohvaliti sa <strong>70 &#8211; 80 % imunoglobulina<\/strong>, \u0161to je <strong>80 puta vi\u0161e od mlijeka<\/strong>. Upravo se IgG iz gove\u0111eg kolostruma mo\u017ee koristiti za za\u0161titu organizma u obliku pasivnog imuniteta. Kolostrum prirodno sadr\u017ei i ugljikohidrate u obliku laktoze sa sadr\u017eajem 2,7 \u2013 4,6 % i masti s udjelom od oko 4,4 % u slu\u010daju svje\u017eeg kolostruma. Egipatsko je istra\u017eivanje, pak, ispitivalo u\u010dinak suplementiranja kolostrumom na infekciju gornjih di\u0161nih putova. Znanstvenici su otkrili da je skupina djece koja je dva mjeseca suplementirana gove\u0111im kolostrumom imala <strong>37 % manje slu\u010dajeva infekcija gornjih di\u0161nih putova<\/strong> u usporedbi s razdobljem prije suplementacije.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[11\u201312]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"2\" data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Dvanaestotjedno istra\u017eivanje s Novog Zelanda na 35 trka\u010da koji grade izdr\u017eljivost tako\u0111er je utvrdilo pozitivan u\u010dinak kolostruma na imunitet. Svakodnevno suplementiranje kolostrumom <strong>pove\u0107alo je razinu IgA imunoglobulina u slini za 79 %<\/strong> u odnosu na po\u010detno stanje. Povi\u0161ene razine IgA u slini <strong>mogu oja\u010dati imunolo\u0161ku funkciju<\/strong> i pomo\u0107i tijelu da bude u\u010dinkovitije u borbi protiv infekcija gornjih di\u0161nih putova.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[13]&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako su rezultati studija u mnogim slu\u010dajevima vrlo obe\u0107avaju\u0107i, kolostrum se i dalje mo\u017ee uzeti kao jo\u0161 jedan dio cjelokupnog mozaika cjelovitog pristupa podr\u0161ci imunolo\u0161kom sustavu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">2. Za\u0161tita i dio rje\u0161avanja probavnih problema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"4\" data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Zbog laktoferina koji djeluje antimikrobno u crijevima, i drugih biolo\u0161ki aktivnih tvari sa sli\u010dnim u\u010dincima, gove\u0111i kolostrum tako\u0111er mo\u017ee biti djelotvoran kao <strong>za\u0161tita i dio otopine u lije\u010denju dijarejnih bolesti.<\/strong> U tom bi slu\u010daju kolostrum trebao potjecati od krava imuniziranih protiv E. coli (Escherichia coli), \u0161to je naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i uzrok bakterijskog proljeva. Ova strategija tako\u0111er mo\u017ee biti u\u010dinkovita u <strong>smanjenju rizika putni\u010dkog proljeva<\/strong>. O tome svjedo\u010di i istra\u017eivanje istra\u017eiva\u010da iz Poljske koji su u skupini od 30 zdravih odraslih osoba ustanovili da su sudionici, kojima je dodano 1.200 mg kolostruma koji sadr\u017ei antitijela protiv E. coli (od imuniziranog goveda), imali 90 % manji rizik od razvoja putni\u010dkog proljeva. Kolostrum tako\u0111er poma\u017ee ubla\u017eiti epizode proljeva povezane s HIV-om.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[14] [28\u201329] [32]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"1\"><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Gove\u0111i kolostrum mo\u017ee sprije\u010diti gastrointestinalna o\u0161te\u0107enja i probavne probleme<\/strong> uzrokovane dugotrajnom primjenom nesteroidnih protuupalnih lijekova kao \u0161to su Ibalgin, Aspirin ili Ibuprofen. Ja\u010danje gastrointestinalnog zida<\/strong> spre\u010dava svaku pove\u0107anu propusnost crijevne barijere, stanje u kojem bilo kakve ne\u017eeljene tvari iz crijeva mogu u\u0107i u krvotok. Opet, za taj u\u010dinak vjerojatno je odgovoran laktoferin, zajedno s faktorima rasta.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[19\u201320]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"1\" data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Ja\u010daju\u0107i integritet gastrointestinalne barijere, kolostrum bi tako\u0111er mogao <strong>ubla\u017eiti simptome upalne bolesti crijeva<\/strong>, kao u slu\u010daju ulceroznog kolitisa. Istra\u017eivanja sugeriraju da bi to doista mogao biti slu\u010daj, ali za potvr\u0111ivanje ovog u\u010dinka potrebno je vi\u0161e kvalitetnih i kontroliranih istra\u017eivanja.<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\">[21]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"2\"><strong>Aminokiselina <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/glutamin\" class=\"ek-link\">l-glutamin<\/a>,<\/strong> koju neke stanice sluznice crijeva koriste kao izvor energije, tako\u0111er <strong>pozitivno utje\u010de na integritet gastrointestinalne barijere.<\/strong> Glutamin, poput kolostruma, ja\u010da i popravlja na\u0161 unutarnji obrambeni zid od \u0161tetnih tvari. Uzimaju\u0107i u obzir upotrebu gove\u0111eg kolostruma u odnosu na proteine sirutke, <strong>studije nisu prona\u0161le konzistentnu zna\u010dajnu razliku u u\u010dinku na rast mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/strong>. Me\u0111utim, Antonijeva studija (2001.) otkrila je da je nakon 8 tjedana intervencije do\u0161lo do zna\u010dajnog pove\u0107anja \u010diste mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase u grupi koja je izvodila trening snage i koja koristi kolostrum u usporedbi s skupinom koja koristi proteine sirutke. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[23\u201325] <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Glavni faktori za rast mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase uklju\u010duju dovoljno velik poticaj za trening, optimalan unos energije u pravom omjeru makronutrijenata, dovoljan udio proteina u prehrani (1,4 &#8211; 2 g po kilogramu tjelesne te\u017eine) i mikroelemenata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">Utje\u010du li faktori rasta sadr\u017eani u kolostrumu na rast mi\u0161i\u0107a?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"3\" data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Probavni sustav novoro\u0111en\u010deta jo\u0161 nije u potpunosti razvijen i kao rezultat, sadr\u017eani faktori rasta mogu prije\u0107i gastrointestinalnu barijeru i djelovati u ciljnim stanicama. <strong>Probavni sustav odrasle osobe razgra\u0111uje ove \u010dimbenike rasta pomo\u0107u probavnih enzima<\/strong> prije nego \u0161to u\u0111u u krvotok i ciljana tkiva. Me\u0111utim, \u010dimbenici rasta i dalje pozitivno utje\u010du na integritet gastrointestinalnog zida. Gove\u0111i kolostrum tako\u0111er ima pozitivan u\u010dinak na ja\u010danje gastrointestinalne barijere. Kada je gastrointestinalna barijera oslabljena, postoji rizik od prodora stranih tvari iz crijevne okoline u krvotok. To spre\u010dava zdrava funkcija probavnog zida.
