Mo\u017eda nismo ni svjesni koliko je na\u0161e tijelo <strong>svakodnevno izlo\u017eeno \u0161tetnim utjecajima.<\/strong> Imunolo\u0161ki sustav mora reagirati na veliku koli\u010dinu virusa i bakterija iz okoline u kojoj se nalazimo, i to <strong>ne samo tijekom razdoblja gripe<\/strong>. I mi tako\u0111er <strong>mo\u017eemo doprinijeti<\/strong> kako bi nas \u0161titio svakodnevno i <strong>podr\u017eati njegovu aktivnost<\/strong> zdravim na\u010dinom \u017eivota. Imunolo\u0161ki sustav <\/strong>sastoji se od <strong>organa, tkiva, stanica i proteina<\/strong> koji zajedni\u010dki \u0161tite organizam od <strong>bakterija, virusa<\/strong> ili <strong>parazita<\/strong> koji mogu uzrokovati <strong>oboljenje <\/strong>ili <strong>infekciju.<\/strong> Taj sustav je sustav je stalno aktivan i neprestano otkriva pripadaju li stanice na\u0161em organizmu ili ne. Kod imunolo\u0161ke reakcije sustav <strong>osloba\u0111a antitijela<\/strong> koja se ve\u017eu na <strong>patogene i ubijaju ih.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [2] [3]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Imunolo\u0161ki sustav mo\u017eemo podijeliti na dva temeljna oblika <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Prirodni imunitet<\/strong> &#8211; radi se o za\u0161titi organizma koju stje\u010demo <strong>ro\u0111enjem,<\/strong> a rije\u010d je o <strong>prvoj \u201cliniji\u201d<\/strong> obrane i <strong>borbe protiv infekcije.<\/strong> Kod infekcije brzo reagira na \u0161tetni patogen i poku\u0161ava ga isprati <strong>stvaranjem sluzi<\/strong> ili <strong>spaljivanjem pomo\u0107u groznice.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">Ste\u010deni imunitet<\/strong> &#8211; radi se o vrsti imuniteta koju stje\u010demo tijekom \u017eivota <strong>putem cijepljenja<\/strong> ili <strong>time \u0161to smo izlo\u017eeni bolesti. <\/strong>Kako bi uni\u0161tio neprijatelja<strong>, prilagodljivi sustav <\/strong>koristi<strong> antitijela <\/strong>\u010dija je zada\u0107a<strong> uni\u0161titi i ukloniti napada\u010da.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Suradnja oba oblika imunolo\u0161kog sustava vidljiva je, primjerice, u rje\u0161avanju problema. Ove manifestacije su neugodne i mo\u017ee vam se \u010diniti da je rije\u010d o ne\u010dem lo\u0161em. Istina je, me\u0111utim, upravo suprotna &#8211; <strong>pojava upale ili visoke temperature dobar je znak<\/strong> jer signalizira da <strong>tijelo reagira kako treba<\/strong>. Kod visoke temperature dolazi do osloba\u0111anja <strong>bijelih krvnih zrnaca, pove\u0107anja metabolizma, <\/strong>i tako\u0111er spre\u010davanja<strong> \u0161irenja organizama u <\/strong>ljudskom <strong>tijelu<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Je_li_moguce_ojacati_imunoloski_sustav\"><\/span>Je li mogu\u0107e oja\u010dati imunolo\u0161ki sustav?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eda to zvu\u010di iznena\u0111uju\u0107e, no <strong>prirodni imunitet nije mogu\u0107e oja\u010dati,<\/strong> jer ako bi se stimulirala prirodna obrana, stalno biste imali groznicu, curenje iz nosa ili naprimjer &#8211; depresiju. S druge strane, <strong>ste\u010deni imunitet je mogu\u0107e oja\u010dati <\/strong>u obliku<strong> cijepljenja. <\/strong>Cjepiva sadr\u017ee <strong>bezopasnu verziju mikroba<\/strong> koju adaptivni sustav <strong>pamti<\/strong> i sljede\u0107i put kada nai\u0111e na \u0161tetnog mikroba mo\u017ee <strong>pokrenuti brzi napad.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2]&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prilikom izgradnje imuniteta najva\u017enije su <strong>dvije situacije i njihov redoslijed, kontakt s virusom<\/strong> i posljedi\u010dna <strong>izgradnja imuniteta protiv njega. <\/strong>Ljudski<strong> organizam ne mo\u017ee raditi obrnuto. <\/strong>Iz tog razloga nije mogu\u0107e<strong> oja\u010dati imunolo\u0161ki sustav prije <\/strong>nego \u0161to se po\u010deo<strong> boriti protiv infekcije.<\/strong> Postoji beskona\u010dno mnogo virusa prehlade i gripe \u0161to je razlog za\u0161to <strong>cjepiva protiv gripe nisu uvijek u\u010dinkovita.<\/strong> Jednostavno nije mogu\u0107e pripremiti organizam za borbu protiv svih njih.<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> [5]&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Imunolo\u0161ki sustav je<strong> kompleks vrsta stanica <\/strong>koje djeluju na razne mikrobe. Znanstvenici za sada ne znaju odgovor na to<strong> koje i koliko imunolo\u0161kih stanica je potrebno oja\u010dati. <\/strong>Me\u0111utim, poznato je da organizam neprestano stvara imunolo\u0161ke stanice pod nazivom <strong>leukociti (bijele krvne stanice) i limfociti.<\/strong> Prirodni i ste\u010deni imunitet za funkcioniranje trebaju <strong>one prave vrste stanica, u odgovaraju\u0107oj koli\u010dini. <\/strong>Potrebno je nau\u010diti jo\u0161 mnogo toga o me\u0111usobnoj povezanosti i slo\u017eenosti imunolo\u0161ke reakcije, ali za pravilno funkcioniranje sustava potrebni su ravnote\u017ea i sklad. Pa \u0161to mo\u017eete u\u010diniti kako bi imunolo\u0161ki sustav pravilno radio?
