Excep\u021bie face biotina, care poate fi sintetizat\u0103 de un organism s\u0103n\u0103tos. Studiu a fost realizat cu 52 de persoane \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 de 20 de ani, care se confruntau cu acest\u0103 problem\u0103. Conform rezultatelor, s-a descoperit un&nbsp;<strong>deficit general al vitaminelor B12 \u0219i B9<\/strong>.<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\">[9]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen special vegetarienii \u0219i veganii&nbsp;<\/strong>pot avea probleme cu deficitul de vitamine B. Sursele sale pricipale sunt carnea \u0219i produsele de origine animal\u0103.
