Tip I &#8211; lent oxidative (slow-twitch)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Tip II &#8211; rapid oxidative (fast-twitch)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Tip IIA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Tip IIB<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip I &#8211; \u021besutul \u201dro\u0219u\u201d<\/strong> &#8211; are o densitate mai ridicat\u0103 \u0219i un num\u0103r mai mare de capilare.
