Ten, kdo m\u00e1 work-life balanc v mal\u00ed\u010dku, proch\u00e1z\u00ed na lajn\u011b s lehkost\u00ed a jistotou. Pokud ale n\u011bkdo dlouhodob\u011b v\u011bnuje nadm\u011brnou energii pr\u00e1ci a zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1 osobn\u00ed \u017eivot, sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby a kon\u00ed\u010dky, p\u0159epad\u00e1v\u00e1 na jednu stranu. Pak je jen ot\u00e1zka \u010dasu, ne\u017e \u00fapln\u011b spadne do propasti celkov\u00e9ho vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed a syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud u\u017e ale del\u0161\u00ed dobu c\u00edt\u00edte, \u017ee se m\u00e1lo v\u011bnujete rodin\u011b, nest\u00edh\u00e1te sv\u00e9 kon\u00ed\u010dky, v\u0161echny va\u0161e my\u0161lenky se to\u010d\u00ed kolem pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e9 jste u\u017e ob\u011btovali nejen des\u00edtky hodin sp\u00e1nku, ale tak\u00e9 va\u0161i \u0161t\u00edhlou postavu, mo\u017en\u00e1<strong> nade\u0161el \u010das pro p\u0159ehodnocen\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy mezi pracovn\u00edm a osobn\u00edm \u017eivotem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Work-life balanc m\u016f\u017ee naru\u0161it \u0159ada faktor\u016f. <strong>Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste ned\u00e1vno zm\u011bnili pr\u00e1ci nebo jste byli pov\u00fd\u0161eni a m\u00e1te v\u00edc povinnost\u00ed a z\u00e1vazk\u016f, se kter\u00fdmi stoup\u00e1 tak\u00e9 zodpov\u011bdnost.<\/strong> P\u0159\u00ed\u010dina ale m\u016f\u017ee pramenit i v osobn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b. T\u0159eba jste si ned\u00e1vno po\u0159\u00eddili d\u016fm a spl\u00e1c\u00edte hypot\u00e9ku nebo se v\u00e1m rozrostla rodina, kterou pot\u0159ebujete finan\u010dn\u011b zajistit.
