Z dal\u0161\u00edch mrk\u00e1 sv\u011b\u017e\u00ed ml\u00e9ko s jahodovou p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed a hned nad n\u00edm je ten popul\u00e1rn\u00ed n\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00fd jogurt z reklamy. I zde v\u0161ak plat\u00ed star\u00e9 po\u0159ekadlo &#8211; nen\u00ed v\u0161echno zlato, co se t\u0159pyt\u00ed. Mnoho takov\u00fdch potravin m\u00e1 nad sebou pomyslnou svatoz\u00e1\u0159, kter\u00e1 d\u00e1v\u00e1 najevo, \u017ee jsou vlastn\u011b \u00fapln\u011b zdrav\u00e9 a \u010dasto vhodn\u00e9 i p\u0159i hubnut\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podobn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f najdeme v obchod\u011b hodn\u011b. Zlat\u00fdm pravidlem z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>\u010d\u00edst alespo\u0148 nutri\u010dn\u00ed tabulku. <\/strong>Pokud obsahuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed cukr\u016f, nasycen\u00fdch \u010di nezdrav\u00fdch trans-nenasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f, soli \u010di podez\u0159ele vysok\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie na jednu porci, asi nem\u00e1te v rukou zrovna zdravou potravinu. Dal\u0161\u00edm vod\u00edtkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i slo\u017een\u00ed, kter\u00e9 svou d\u00e9lkou p\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 kni\u017en\u00ed s\u00e9rii Her o tr\u016fny. A nezachra\u0148uje to ani kr\u00e1sn\u00fd obal, kter\u00fd zdob\u00ed fotka \u0161t\u00edhl\u00e9 fitness modelky, s \u00fasm\u011bvem l\u00e1kaj\u00edc\u00ed na koupi tohoto ,,zdrav\u00e9ho&#8221; produktu. Pokud se pozorn\u011b pod\u00edv\u00e1te na jejich slo\u017een\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete zjistit, \u017ee <strong>mnoho takov\u00fdch sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00fdch cere\u00e1li\u00ed, m\u00fcsli \u010di granoly obsahuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u0159idan\u00e9ho cukru. Jejich nedostatkem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i m\u00e1lo vl\u00e1kniny a tak\u00e9 minimum b\u00edlkovin.<\/strong> To se v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech m\u016f\u017ee <strong>klidn\u011b rovnat b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm sladkostem.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\" id=\"jaky-je-rozdil-mezi-oblibenou-granolou-musli-ci-snidanovymi-cerealiemi\">Jak\u00fd je rozd\u00edl mezi obl\u00edbenou granolou, m\u00fcsli \u010di sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00fdmi cere\u00e1liemi?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vysoce pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00e9 sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00e9 cere\u00e1lie:<\/strong> Jsou \u010dasto nejm\u00e9n\u011b vhodn\u00e9, proto\u017ee obsahuj\u00ed vysoce pr\u016fmyslov\u011b zpracovan\u00e1 zrna, m\u00e1lo b\u00edlkovin, vitam\u00edn\u016f a hodn\u011b cukru. Proces rafinace je tak\u00e9 ochuzuje o mnoho vl\u00e1kniny, kter\u00e1 je prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 pro na\u0161e tr\u00e1ven\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b pro tyto faktory se nejedn\u00e1 o zdravou volbu a nespl\u0148uje n\u011bkolik krit\u00e9ri\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 stravy. Nav\u00edc by n\u00e1m takov\u00e9 sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00e9 cere\u00e1lie mohly v budoucnu p\u0159in\u00e9st probl\u00e9my zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 nadm\u011brn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem cukru, proto\u017ee ho obsahuj\u00ed ve vysok\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed. Pat\u0159\u00ed zde hlavn\u011b milovan\u00e9 <strong>\u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 kuli\u010dky, sko\u0159icov\u00e9 k\u0159upky a podobn\u011b. <\/strong>\u010casto b\u00fdvaj\u00ed obohaceny o velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed cukru nav\u00edc, ale v\u00fdjimkou nejsou ani p\u0159idan\u00e1 barviva. N\u011bkter\u00e9 z nich sice mohou b\u00fdt obohaceny o vitam\u00edny, ale mno\u017estv\u00ed cukru, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed, je st\u00e1le dost vysok\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00fcsli:<\/strong> krom\u011b vysok\u00e9ho obsahu cukru je \u010dasto tak\u00e9 obohaceno o r\u016fzn\u00e9 ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed p\u0159idan\u00e9 l\u00e1tky. Jeho z\u00e1kladem by v\u0161ak m\u011bly b\u00fdt pouze vlo\u010dky dopln\u011bn\u00e9 su\u0161en\u00fdm ovocem, o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky a sem\u00ednky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Granola (zap\u00e9kan\u00e9 m\u00fcsli):<\/strong> tak\u00e9 \u010dasto dopl\u00e1c\u00ed na p\u0159idan\u00fd cukr a velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kalori\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy v\u0161ak mohou obsahovat i vysok\u00fd obsah tuku. D\u00edky p\u0159idan\u00fdm o\u0159ech\u016fm tento tuk nen\u00ed \u0161patn\u00fd, akor\u00e1t v\u00e1s jeho p\u0159\u00edtomnost upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee tuto granolu je pot\u0159eba konzumovat s m\u00edrou.
