Then <strong>pour water over the cauliflower<\/strong> (so that the whole cauliflower is immersed) and <strong>cook until soft<\/strong> (approx. 25 minutes). When the cauliflower is soft, <strong>pour the water into a bowl.<\/strong> Add the<strong> peeled roasted garlic<\/strong> to the cauliflower and <strong>blend everything together<\/strong>. Gradually <strong>add water, in which cauliflower has been boiled,<\/strong> to achieve the d<strong>esired consistency of the sauce.<\/strong> Season the sauce with<strong> nutritional yeast, salt, ground black pepper and a little lemon juice<\/strong>. Finally, we prepare our preferred pasta and <strong>serve it with sauce, peas and parsley<\/strong>.
