Jsou to n\u00e1zvy <strong>medicin\u00e1ln\u00edch hub,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt v mnoha ohledech prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 pro va\u0161e t\u011blo. Nen\u00ed tedy divu, \u017ee jsou v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l popul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Krom\u011b lahodn\u00e9 chuti toti\u017e \u010dasto vynikaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 obsahem <strong>antioxidant\u016f, polysacharid\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch bioaktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek<\/strong> s nezpochybniteln\u00fdm pozitivn\u00edm vlivem na organismus. Poj\u010fme se spole\u010dn\u011b pod\u00edvat na ty nejpopul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed medicin\u00e1ln\u00ed houby. Reishi \u2013 houba nesmrtelnosti, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee zvy\u0161ovat bun\u011b\u010dnou imunitu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reishi <em>(Ganoderma lucidum)<\/em><\/strong> je houba poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z Asie, kterou mo\u017en\u00e1 zn\u00e1te tak\u00e9 pod n\u00e1zvem <strong>lesklokorka leskl\u00e1.<\/strong> Jedn\u00e1 se o tmavou houbu s d\u0159evitou strukturou, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 leskl\u00fd povrch. Obvykle se nach\u00e1z\u00ed na um\u00edraj\u00edc\u00edch stromech nebo pa\u0159ezech z tvrd\u00e9ho d\u0159eva. V \u010d\u00edn\u0161tin\u011b se jej\u00ed n\u00e1zev spojuje s <strong>duchovn\u00ed silou,<\/strong> nesmrtelnost\u00ed, \u00fasp\u011bchem, pohodou a dlouhov\u011bkost\u00ed. D\u0159\u00edve byla tato houba k dost\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm mezi<strong> bohatou privilegovanou \u010d\u00ednskou spole\u010dnost\u00ed, <\/strong>dnes u\u017e je ov\u0161em v r\u016fzn\u00fdch podob\u00e1ch mnohem dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\"> [3\u20134] [90]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"co-obsahuje-reishi\">Co obsahuje reishi?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st t\u00e9to houby tvo\u0159\u00ed <strong>voda (a\u017e 90 %).<\/strong> V jej\u00edm slo\u017een\u00ed v\u0161ak nechyb\u00ed ani sacharidy, b\u00edlkoviny \u010di tuk. Mimo to je ov\u0161em reishi zn\u00e1m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 sv\u00fdm obsahem <strong>bioaktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek, <\/strong>mezi kter\u00e9 \u0159ad\u00edme <strong>terpenoidy, steroidy, fenoly \u010di nukleotidy. <\/strong>Pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u011bm vd\u011b\u010d\u00edme z drtiv\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161iny za \u00fa\u010dinky reishi.<strong> <\/strong>Velkou v\u00fdhodou houbov\u00fdch b\u00edlkovin je tak\u00e9 jejich obsah esenci\u00e1ln\u00edch aminokyselin, a to zejm\u00e9na<strong> lysinu a leucinu. <\/strong>Za t\u0159i hlavn\u00ed fyziologicky aktivn\u00ed slo\u017eky v reishi pak pova\u017eujeme <strong>polysacharidy, peptidoglykany a triterpeny.<\/strong> <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[4\u20137]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jake-ucinky-ma-reishi\">Jak\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky m\u00e1 reishi?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edky sv\u00e9mu obsahu polysacharid\u016f se m\u016f\u017ee reishi py\u0161nit <strong>protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdm, antioxida\u010dn\u00edm, hypoglykemick\u00fdm a imunostimula\u010dn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinkem. <\/strong>M\u016f\u017ee tak pomoci stabilizovat hladinu krevn\u00edho cukru (glyk\u00e9mie) a podpo\u0159it obranyschopnost organismu. Ti 12 t\u00fddn\u016f p\u0159ij\u00edmali 1800mg extrakt z t\u00e9to houby ka\u017ed\u00fd den.
