No Edita ne zna \u0161to je energetska ravnote\u017ea pa vjeruje da je smr\u0161avjela eliminiraju\u0107i &#8216;lo\u0161&#8217; \u0161e\u0107er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u0160to slijedi dalje<\/strong>? Ova stroga dijeta ne mo\u017ee dugo trajati. Prije ili kasnije napustit \u0107e strogu dijetu i <strong>vratiti se svojim starim navikama<\/strong>. Izgubljeni kilogrami \u0107e se vratiti, i jo\u0161 \u0107e dobiti par kilograma na sve to. Tako\u0111er je va\u017eno spomenuti da se glukoza i fruktoza u vo\u0107u ve\u017eu za vlakna, \u0161to tako\u0111er <strong>usporava pove\u0107anje razine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi.<\/strong> Uz stabilnu razinu glikemije, ne\u0107ete imati potrebu tako \u010desto posezati za ne\u010dime ukusnim. Ni meni, a \u010dini se da \u010dak ni Edita tako ne misli, kada dobro razmisli o tome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako je u stvarnosti?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj se mit vjerojatno temelji na pogre\u0161nom zaklju\u010dku da ako jedete vo\u0107e popodne ili nave\u010der, mo\u017eda ne\u0107ete imati mnogo prilika za potro\u0161nju ostatak dana, pa imate dojam da biste se zbog toga udebljali. <strong>Vo\u0107ni \u0161e\u0107er gotovo je trenutni izvor energije.<\/strong> To ne zna\u010di da je masno ako ne odete odmah vje\u017ebati. Opet, <strong>vi\u0161ak energije<\/strong> u kona\u010dnici odre\u0111uje skladi\u0161tenje tog vi\u0161ka energije.
