Chiar dac\u0103 o s\u0103 vi se par\u0103 c\u0103 acest tip de regim alimentar este eficient, nu datorit\u0103 lui ve\u021bi ob\u021bine o sc\u0103dere a greut\u0103\u021bii corporale \u0219i nici nu v\u0103 va ajuta s\u0103 preveni\u021bi cre\u0219terea \u00een greutate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Efectele_alimentatiei_asupra_metabolismului\"><\/span>Efectele alimenta\u021biei asupra metabolismului<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unul dintre argumentele pentru men\u021binerea unui metabolism rapid este acela c\u0103 prin servirea unor&nbsp;<strong>mese regulate \u0219i dese, o s\u0103 v\u0103 cre\u0219te\u021bi rata metabolic\u0103.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O meta-analiz\u0103 bazat\u0103 pe regimul alimentar <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1]<\/span> arat\u0103 c\u0103&#8220;pentru studiile care utilizeaz\u0103 calorimetria total\u0103 \u0219i apa, \u00een care oxigenul \u0219i hidrogenul au fost \u00eenlocuite par\u021bial sau complet cu izotopi <em>(atomi de oxigen \u0219i hidrogen cu acelea\u0219i numere de protoni, dar cu numere diferite de neuroni),<\/em> <strong>estim\u0103rile privind consumul total de energie \u00een 24 de ore <\/strong>nu au ar\u0103tat nicio diferen\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre un consum mai mic de alimente sau un consum mai mare de alimente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-628651498.jpg\" alt=\"O servire frecvent\u0103 de alimente produce cre\u0219terea metabolismului\" width=\"843\" title=\"O servire frecvent\u0103 de alimente produce cre\u0219terea metabolismului\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cele din urm\u0103, cu excep\u021bia unui studiu, nu exist\u0103 dovezi <strong>c\u0103 sc\u0103derea \u00een greutate se datoreaz\u0103 frecven\u021bei consumului de alimente<\/strong>. Astfel, putem concluziona c\u0103 orice regim alimentar care are ca scop men\u021binerea sau ob\u021binerea greut\u0103\u021bii corporale dorite, va fi probabil <strong>mediat de efectele aportului de alimente<\/strong> \u00een ecua\u021bia echilibrului energetic&#8221;.<span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-un articol \u00een care au fost analizate 179 studii <em>(dintre care 10 au fost considerate importante pentru evaluarea interac\u021biunii frecven\u021bei dintre alimenta\u021bie \u0219i pierderea \u00een greutate<\/em>) s-a demonstrat faptul cu exist\u0103 nicio leg\u0103tur\u0103 semnificativ\u0103 \u00eentre ele, chiar dac\u0103 a fost necesar un studiu pe termen lung.[3] Aceste rezultate se reg\u0103sesc \u0219i \u00een alte articole cu recenzii asupra acestei probleme.<span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[3]<\/span> Diferitele modific\u0103ri individuale care <strong>afecteaz\u0103 frecven\u021ba consumului alimentar, men\u021bin\u00e2nd \u00een acela\u0219i timp caloriile statice,<\/strong> au ar\u0103tat c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 <strong>nicio diferen\u021b\u0103 \u00een rata metabolismului<\/strong> (consum de energie timp de 24 de ore) a acestor dou\u0103 grupe <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[4]<\/span> \u0219i c\u0103 nu a fost semnalat\u0103 nicio diferen\u021b\u0103 \u00een pierderea \u00een greutate la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul studiului. \u00cen cazul reducerii semnificative a caloriilor, rata metabolismului scade u\u0219or, dar <strong>sc\u0103derea greut\u0103\u021bii corporale se datoreaz\u0103 <\/strong>\u00een principalconsumului redus a consemnat diferen\u021be semnificative a consumului total de energie, ci doar o u\u0219oar\u0103 cre\u0219tere a acestuia \u00een timpul odihnei.<span style=\"color:#ff6600\" cre\u0219terea greut\u0103\u021bii corporale, <\/strong>iar pu\u021binele rezultate ob\u021binute (<em>\u00een aceast\u0103 sec\u021biune epidemiologic\u0103 \u0219i \u00een cele ce urmeaz\u0103) <\/em>au demonstrat faptul c\u0103 o cre\u0219tere semnificativ\u0103 a greut\u0103\u021bii se datoreaz\u0103 <strong>mai degrab\u0103 consumului de calorii dec\u00e2t a frecven\u021bei se produce o accelerare a metabolismului, iar<strong><strong> dup\u0103 de 72 de ore<\/strong> nu mai intervin schimb\u0103ri.<\/strong> Cre\u0219terea nivelului de adrenalin\u0103 s-a produs dup\u0103 72 de ore (\u0219i nu la 36), iar dup\u0103 48 de ore de la m\u0103surare, adrenalina producea mai mult\u0103 c\u0103ldur\u0103 (termogenez\u0103).<span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[8]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Un_repaus_alimentar_intentionat\"><\/span>Un repaus alimentar inten\u021bionat<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Persoanele care nu sufer\u0103 de obezitate \u0219i care au urmat <strong>\u201cun repaus alimentar alternativ\u201d<\/strong> (<em>de exemplu: repaus alimentar o dat\u0103 la 2 zile<\/em>) <strong>timp de 22 zile, nu au \u00eenregistrat o sc\u0103dere a ratei metabolice <\/strong><em>(conform indica\u021biilor de a m\u00e2nca de dou\u0103 ori mai mult \u00een ziua f\u0103r\u0103 repaus alimentar, compens\u00e2ndu-se astfel ziua \u00een care se \u021binea repaus alimentar).<\/em><span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[9]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un studiu efectuat \u00een timpul Ramadanului a demonstrat faptul c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 nicio<strong> diferen\u021b\u0103 \u00eentre parametrii metabolici globali <\/strong>la cei care au \u021binut un repaus alimentar \u0219i la cei care nu au \u021binut acest repaus.<span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[10]<\/span> De\u0219i unele studii (<em>\u00een marea lor majoritate efectuate pe persoane cu probleme de s\u0103n\u0103tate<\/em>) <strong>au prezentat doar beneficii limitate asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u00een urma a\u0219a numitului post de Ramadan <\/strong>&#8211; dac\u0103 aportul alimentar este men\u021binut relativ regulat, rezultatele pot varia. Aceste studii nu se concentreaz\u0103 asupra masei musculare, ci pe indicele IMC \u0219i <strong>se pare c\u0103 mai multe mese pe zi m\u0103resc indicele IMC \u0219i greutatea corporal\u0103<\/strong>. Cu toate acestea, exist\u0103 doar dovezi limitate care nu a fost confirmate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-639606608.jpg\" alt=\"Mai multe mese pe zi m\u0103resc indicele IMC?\" width=\"843\" title=\"Mai multe mese pe zi m\u0103resc indicele IMC?\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, ISNN (International Standard Serial Number) enumer\u0103 c\u00e2teva studii observa\u021bionale care nu indic\u0103 faptul <strong>c\u0103 frecven\u021ba \u0219i obiceiurile alimentare pot influen\u021ba sc\u0103derea \u00een greutate. <\/strong>Unele argumente au luat \u00een considerare factorii precum fumatul, consumul de b\u0103uturi alcoolice \u0219i stresul, fiind considera\u021bi factori cauzali. \u00cen plus, <strong>frecven\u021ba consumului de alimente este \u00een mod clar legat\u0103 de consumul total de calorii.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Efectul_termic_al_alimentelor\"><\/span>Efectul termic al alimentelor<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Efectele termice ale alimentelor (energia necesar\u0103 \u00een timpul procesului de digestie al alimentelor) sunt considerate de anumi\u021bi cercet\u0103tori, un<strong>&nbsp;punct de control pe termen lung pentru obezitate<\/strong>. O frecven\u021b\u0103 redus\u0103 a meselor poate fi asociat\u0103 cu un indice IMC mai mic (pe acela\u0219i nivel caloric) datorit\u0103 exerci\u021biilor fizice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu toate acestea, nu exist\u0103 prea multe dovezi care s\u0103 demonstreze&nbsp;<strong>c\u0103 frecven\u021ba meselor are efecte bune sau rele asupra ratei metabolismului<\/strong>&nbsp;\u0219i este doar un indicator epidemiologic al altor obiceiuri care afecteaz\u0103 modific\u0103rile metabolice \u0219i ale greut\u0103\u021bii corporale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alte_observatii\"><\/span>Alte observa\u021bii<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Frecven\u021ba crescut\u0103 a meselor poate fi benefic\u0103 pentru men\u021binerea masei musculare. <\/strong>&nbsp;\u00cens\u0103, experimentele au demonstrat c\u0103 dac\u0103 sunt consumate \u00een fiecare zi, 14 por\u021bii mici de m\u00e2ncare \u00een loc de trei por\u021bii mari de m\u00e2ncare cu acela\u0219i num\u0103r de calorii, nu exist\u0103 nici un avantaj din punct de vedere al metabolismului. \u00cen schimb, la persoanele cu o frecven\u021b\u0103 redus\u0103 a meselor s-a demonstrat o oxidare mai mare a proteinelor cu p\u00e2n\u0103 la 17% (106,9 \u00b1 7,1 vs. 90,6 \u00b1 4,3 g \/ zi). La persoanele care sufer\u0103 de obezitate s-a constatat c\u0103 la patru mese servite pe zi, nu au fost \u00eenregistrate sc\u0103deri ale greut\u0103\u021bii corporale.
