Protein sirutke jedna je od najve\u0107ih potrep\u0161tina na podru\u010dju sportske prehrane. Sadr\u017ei visokokvalitetne proteine s izvrsnim spektrom aminokiselina. To je kao da poku\u0161ate izgraditi ku\u0107u bez pojedina\u010dnih opeka ili drvenih plo\u010da. Ali to nije sve. Va\u017enost proteina raste tijekom mr\u0161avljenja. To zna\u010di da <strong>od 100 kcal, zapravo mo\u017eete potro\u0161iti otprilike 70 \u2013 80 kcal. <\/strong><\/span><span class=\"tadv-color\">Ostatak se tro\u0161i na energiju koju va\u0161e tijelo tro\u0161i kako bi ih metabolizirao. Podupiru sagorijevanje masti<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"tadv-color\">Ve\u0107i unos proteina \u010desto dovodi do sagorijevanja vi\u0161e masti tijekom mr\u0161avljenja. Prema nekim istra\u017eivanjima, blago <strong>pove\u0107an unos proteina tako\u0111er je povezan s ve\u0107im uspjehom u odr\u017eavanju mr\u0161avljenja. <\/strong><\/span><span class=\"tadv-color\">To mo\u017ee biti zbog kombinacije ve\u0107 spomenutih \u010dimbenika, ali i zbog njihova utjecaja na rast i odr\u017eavanje mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase.
