Alex vrlo \u010desto uspore\u0111uju s fitness guruicom <strong>Jen Selter<\/strong> zbog sli\u010dnih figura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi\u0161e je nego jasno da ova tipi\u010dna sjevernjakinja <strong>voli aktivan stil \u017eivota<\/strong>. Gimnastiku trenira od svoje 12 godine, a mo\u017eda je i na preporuku svog oca koji se natjecao u bodibildingu odlu\u010dila da \u0107e se i ona oku\u0161ati u vje\u017ebanju. Ovaj fitness model s visinom od <strong>167 cm i te\u017einom od 52 kg<\/strong>, specijaliziran je za jedan dio tijela &#8211; <strong>stra\u017enjicu<\/strong>. Naime, vodi <strong>jedan od najve\u0107ih fitness blogova u \u0160vedskoj<\/strong> koji se bavi temama poput fitnessa, zdrave prehrane, planova treninga, motivacije, ali i mentalnog zdravlja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Te joj teme uop\u0107e nisu strane jer je studirala <strong>nutricionisti\u010dko savjetovanje<\/strong> i na taj na\u010din svoje znanje i iskustvo mo\u017ee primijeniti na blogu i \u0161iriti ih svijetom. Vjeruje se da se sve zajedno uklapa kao puzzle te je va\u017eno <strong>posti\u0107i<\/strong> <strong>ravnote\u017eu i odnos<\/strong> izme\u0111u tjelesno i mentalno zdravog. Njezina je vizija motivirati \u0161to vi\u0161e ljudi da se osje\u0107aju dobro.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alexandra_Bring_i_treninzi\"><\/span>Alexandra Bring i treninzi<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alexandra trenira zaista intenzivno <strong>pet puta tjedno po 45 minuta do sat vremena. <\/strong>Jedan trening uvijek posveti \u010du\u010dnjevima i te\u0161kim potiscima kod kojih joj poma\u017ee te ju i trenira njezin dobar prijatelj i trener Anders. Ostala dva treninga posve\u0107uje nogama, zatim slijedi trening le\u0111a i bicepsa. Posljednji trening posve\u0107uje mi\u0161i\u0107nim dijelovima prsa, bicepsa i ramena. Naravno, svoje treninge izmjenjuje prema svojim aktualnim&nbsp; ciljevima. \u0160to se ti\u010de kardio treninga, ova fitness diva mu se ne posve\u0107uje previ\u0161e ve\u0107 se radije fokusira <strong>na kvalitetan stretching<\/strong>. Mislim da postoji malo ljudi koji nakon svog prvog treninga u\u0111u u taj ciklus i po\u010dnu redovito trenirati. Radi se o tome da je potrebno djelovati umjesto onog &#8220;od sutra po\u010dinjem&#8221;, \u0161to je zaista jednostavno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koja je tvoja motivacija za treniranje?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada vje\u017ebam i hranim se pravilno, bolje spavam, op\u0107enito se osje\u0107am zadovoljnije i sretna sam. Upravo to me motivira. To je glavni razlog zbog kojeg treniram. Na postizanje oblikovane figure sada gledam samo kao na bonus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spominjala si motivaciju, koji savjet bi dala \u010ditateljima vezan uz motivaciju?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mislim da je vrlo va\u017eno imati ciljeve. Postavite si realisti\u010dne ciljeve, a kada ih postignete, bit \u0107e to poput potvrde da se sav naporan rad isplatio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje bi savjete dala po\u010detnicima koji tek \u017eele po\u010deti s vje\u017ebanjem? \u0160to je po tebi najbolji na\u010din za po\u010detak?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Svakako preporu\u010dujem po\u010deti s osobnim trenerom, iako znam da nisu svi uvijek u mogu\u0107nosti. Ako nemate osobnog trenera, vrlo je va\u017eno biti oprezan, jer nema ni\u0161ta lak\u0161e od toga da se ozlijedite. Na primjer, kod treniranja nogu osjetljiva su koljena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prije nego \u0161to po\u010dnete isprobavati \u010du\u010dnjeve ili iskorake, izguglajte si kako ih pravilno raditi kako se ne biste ozlijedili. Tako\u0111er, pri\u010dekajte s ve\u0107im te\u017einama dok savr\u0161eno ne savladate tehniku. Drugi savjet je da si napi\u0161ete svoj plan vje\u017ebanja prije odlaska u teretanu. Kada nemam ba\u0161 volje za trening, trudim se napraviti barem ne\u0161to. Naprimjer, prisilim se barem na kratak trening. Tako to obi\u010dno radim, ali ponekad presko\u010dim trening u potpunosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nezamjenjivi_par_koji_se_na_kraju_razdvojio\"><\/span>Nezamjenjivi par, koji se na kraju razdvojio<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sasvim je normalno da nakon \u0161to pro\u010ditate ovaj \u010dlanak i pogledate fotografije ove pozitivno raspolo\u017eene ljepotice, mislima vam pro\u0111e pitanje <strong>je li ta ljepotica slobodna<\/strong>. Alexandra je dugi niz godina bila s <strong>osobnim trenerom i fitness modelom<\/strong> zvanim Ako Rahim. Osim \u0161to se Ako posvetio Crossfitu, on je i gladijator u \u0161vedskoj TV seriji s neo\u010dekivanim imenom, Gladijator. Me\u0111utim, vi\u0161e nisu zajedno, a Alexandra je prona\u0161la drugog mu\u0161karca s kojim ve\u0107 ima dijete Lou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>I mali biser za kraj.
