Koliko ste samo puta na policama ili u hladnjaku prona\u0161li uvelu salatu ili neko drugo povr\u0107e, zaboravljeni jogurt kojem je pro\u0161ao rok trajanja ili bra\u0161no u kojem su se nastanile \u0161teto\u010dine? Ponekad <strong>zaborav<\/strong> stoji iza nepotrebnog bacanja hrane, ponekad slu\u010dajne <strong>pogre\u0161ke prilikom kupnje namirnica<\/strong>, ali \u010desto je to i zbog <strong>nepravilnog skladi\u0161tenja<\/strong> koje skra\u0107uje \u017eivotni vijek hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eda \u010dak ni ne znate da <strong>radite ne\u0161to pogre\u0161no<\/strong> u vezi skladi\u0161tenja namirnica i mo\u017eda jo\u0161 uvijek spremate raj\u010dice u hladnjak. Dotaknut \u0107emo se i ovog pitanja i predstaviti vam <strong>jednostavan vodi\u010d za prikladno skladi\u0161tenje namirnica<\/strong> kako bi one \u0161to dulje ostale u dobrom stanju. Ovom bi se koli\u010dinom hrane moglo prehraniti oko 3 milijarde ljudi. Prosje\u010dni Europljanin baci izme\u0111u 96 i 115 kg hrane svake godine. Posljedice takvog bacanja hrane utje\u010du na pove\u0107anu proizvodnju vode, energije i stakleni\u010dkih plinova, \u0161to nije dobro za planet. Skladi\u0161tite namirnice kako je nazna\u010deno na pakiranju<\/strong>\n\n&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako niste sigurni gdje pripada odre\u0111ena namirnica, odgovor potra\u017eite na njenom pakiranju. <strong>Na\u010din skladi\u0161tenja<\/strong> podatak je kojeg <strong>proizvo\u0111a\u010di moraju pru\u017eiti<\/strong>. Suprotno tome, trajna hrana poput ri\u017ee, bra\u0161na ili granole sadr\u017ei izraz minimalni rok trajanja. Ove se namirnice mogu jesti i <strong>nakon navedenog datuma<\/strong>, samo je prvo potrebno <strong>provjeriti njihovo stanje<\/strong>, npr. je li ambala\u017ea o\u0161te\u0107ena, jesu li prisutne \u0161teto\u010dine i kakvog je hrana izgleda i mirisa. Ako tijekom \u010di\u0161\u0107enja svoje smo\u010dnice prona\u0111ete ri\u017eu kojoj je minimalni rok trajanja pro\u0161ao prije par mjeseci, a unutra nema skrivenih \u0161teto\u010dina, mo\u017eete je sigurno konzumirati. Suprotno tome, ako su moljci ozna\u010dili svoj teritorij u va\u0161oj ri\u017ei, nemojte je pojesti. Budite posebno oprezni s visoko rizi\u010dnim namirnicama<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito, visoko rizi\u010dne namirnice one su namirnice koje sadr\u017ee <strong>visok udio proteina<\/strong>, poput mesa, mesnih proizvoda, ribe, plodova mora, mlije\u010dnih proizvoda i jaja. Ove namirnice treba dr\u017eati na <strong>niskim temperaturama ispod 5\u00b0C.<\/strong> Druga rizi\u010dna skupina namirnica su popularna majoneza, preljevi za salate i <strong>druge grickalice bogate mastima<\/strong> koje imaju kratki rok trajanja, pa bi se tako\u0111er trebale dr\u017eati na ni\u017eim temperaturama. U zamrziva\u010du ovi \u0107e visokokvalitetni izvori proteina lako ostati o\u010duvani 6-12 mjeseci.
