Moje se tijelo po\u010delo drasti\u010dno mijenjati kada sam po\u010dela jesti zdravije namirnice i manje vje\u017ebati.\u201d<em>&nbsp;<\/em><span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[3]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zivotna_prica\"><\/span>\u017divotna pri\u010da<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Michelle Lewin, koju danas poznajemo, bila je nekada&nbsp;<strong>veoma siroma\u0161na i vitka djevojka&nbsp;<\/strong>koja je odrastala u&nbsp;Maracay City-ju u Venezueli. Kada je nju i njezinu majku napustio njezin o\u010duh nije im ostalo ni\u0161ta te su se morale preseliti u manji stan u kojem se nalazilo&nbsp;<strong>vi\u0161e \u017eohara nego prehrane.&nbsp;<\/strong>Michelle se sje\u0107a kako je odrastala &#8211; radila je s mamom kako bi uop\u0107e mogle pre\u017eivjeti, \u010dak je primala prehranu od susjeda koji su joj je \u010desto poklanjali.&nbsp;<strong>Jedno vrijeme te\u017eila je samo 38 kilograma!<\/strong><em><span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj period \u017eivota, naravno, pamti veoma dobro. Kada se pogleda u ogledalo, jo\u0161 uvijek se vidi kao vitka djevojka bez grudi i stra\u017enjice. To se sve bilo promijenilo jednog sudbinskog dana kada je kao&nbsp;<strong>17 godi\u0161nja prvi put oti\u0161la u mjesnu teretanu&nbsp;<\/strong>sa svojom majkom. Toliko je bila zanesena osje\u0107ajem uspjeha i ponosa da je&nbsp;<strong>postala ovisna o fitnessu.&nbsp;<\/strong>Tijekom sljede\u0107ih 7 godina vje\u017ebala je Michelle isklju\u010divo noge. Jednako kao mnogi drugi po\u010detnici brzo je shvatila da neuravnote\u017eena rutina treninga siguran je na\u010din kako oblikovati nesimetri\u010dno tijelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon \u0161to je srela bodibildera&nbsp;<strong>Jimmyja Lewina&nbsp;<\/strong>2008. godine po\u010dela je nova faza njezinog \u017eivota. Pod stru\u010dnim vo\u0111enjem svog novog osobnog trenera i \u017eivotnog partnera Michelle je po\u010dela oblikovati svoj gornji dio tijela u idealiziranu figuru koju poznajemo danas. 2010. godine Jimmy i Michelle vjen\u010dali su se. Jimmy ostaje njezin osobni trener, agent, menad\u017eer socijalnih mre\u017ea i najbolji prijatelj do dan danas. Sami to ne\u0107ete mo\u0107i raditi.
