Nalazi se u nekoliko tjelesnih tkiva, poput&nbsp;<strong>kostiju, tetiva i ligamenata&nbsp;<\/strong>i&nbsp;<strong>glavna je komponenta vezivnog tkiva i izvanstani\u010dne matrice<\/strong>. Ukratko, to je&nbsp;<strong>najzastupljeniji protein<\/strong>&nbsp;ne samo u ljudskom organizmu, nego i u&nbsp;<strong>\u017eivotinjskom<\/strong>.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [3]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, to nije jedina posebnost ovog proteina \u2013&nbsp;<strong>to je i najstariji otkriveni protein<\/strong>. Prona\u0111en je u mekom tkivu fosilizirane kosti&nbsp;<strong><em>Tyrannosaurus Rexa<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;stare oko&nbsp;<strong>68 milijuna godina<\/strong>. Naravno, ne postoji samo jedna vrsta kolagena ve\u0107 njih nekoliko.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized has-mobile-text-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-820476020.jpg\" alt=\"Kolagen je koristan za zglobove\" style=\"width:900px;height:600px\" title=\"Kolagen je koristan za zglobove\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tipovi_kolagena\"><\/span>Tipovi kolagena<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poput ostalih proteina,&nbsp;<strong>kolagen se sastoji od aminokiselina<\/strong>. Kolagen je zanimljiv po tome \u0161to&nbsp;<strong>struktura trostruke zavojnice<\/strong>&nbsp;njegove molekule proizlazi iz neobi\u010dnog obilja&nbsp;<strong>glicina, prolina i hidroksiprolina<\/strong>. Suvremena znanost identificirala je&nbsp;<strong>28 tipova kolagena<\/strong>&nbsp;kod kralje\u017enjaka, no u ljudskom organizmu najvi\u0161e su zastupljeni&nbsp;<strong>tipovi I, II&nbsp;<\/strong>i&nbsp;<strong>III<\/strong>&nbsp;i to izme\u0111u&nbsp;<strong>80 i 90 %.&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoji nekoliko tipova kolagena, a iako su njihove&nbsp;<strong>strukture razli\u010dite<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>svrha im je ista<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 pomo\u0107i tkivima u&nbsp;<strong>upravljanju \u201eistezanja<\/strong>\u201d. Razli\u010dite vrste kolagena javljaju se u&nbsp;<strong>razli\u010ditim dijelovima ljudskog tijela<\/strong>, stoga je korisno spomenuti barem tipove I, II i III&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tip I<\/strong> <strong>\u2013<\/strong> ko\u017ea, kosti, tetive, ligamenti, dentin, intersticijsko tkivo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tip II<\/strong> \u2013 hrskavica, staklovina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tip III<\/strong> \u2013 ko\u017ea, mi\u0161i\u0107i, krvne \u017eile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-924640656.jpg\" alt=\"Tipovi kolagena\" style=\"width:960px;height:576px\" title=\"Tipovi kolagena\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kolagen i nedostatak kolagena<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u010dnimo s \u201elo\u0161im\u201d vijestima, a onda \u0107emo prije\u0107i na bolje.&nbsp;<strong>Prirodni gubitak kolagena<\/strong>&nbsp;utje\u010de na sve nas jer se&nbsp;<strong>njegovo stvaranje smanjuje s godinama<\/strong>. S druge strane, svojim na\u010dinom \u017eivota mo\u017eemo&nbsp;<strong>poticati<\/strong>&nbsp;daljnje stvaranje kolagena. Na\u0161e tijelo samostalno proizvodi kolagen, no njegovo se&nbsp;<strong>stvaranje u ko\u017ei svake godine smanji za oko 1 %.<\/strong>&nbsp;Ako ste mislili da ovaj proces zapo\u010dinje u 70-im ili 50-im godinama \u017eivota, vjerojatno \u0107emo vas iznenaditi jer prirodno stvaranje kolagena&nbsp;<strong>po\u010dinje opadati<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>nakon 20-ih.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4] [5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-696103868.jpg\" alt=\"Kolagen i nedostatak kolagena\" style=\"width:960px;height:484px\" title=\"Kolagen i nedostatak kolagena\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Kao \u0161to smo ve\u0107 spomenuli,&nbsp;<strong>osim prirodnog smanjenja razine kolagena<\/strong>, svojim&nbsp;<strong>\u017eivotnim stilom<\/strong>&nbsp;pridonosimo i njegovom gubitku. Negativni \u010dimbenici uklju\u010duju&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6] [7]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pove\u0107ani unos ugljikohidrata<\/strong> \u2013 \u0161e\u0107er negativno utje\u010de na kolagen i <strong>njegovu sposobnost reparacije<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pu\u0161enje<\/strong> \u2013 ima negativan u\u010dinak zbog <strong>sadr\u017eaja nikotina,<\/strong> ali i <strong>sadr\u017eaja ostalih tvari.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pove\u0107ana izlo\u017eenost sun\u010devoj svjetlosti<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>razgradnju kolagena<\/strong> najvi\u0161e uzrokuje \u0161tetno <strong>ultraljubi\u010dasto zra\u010denje.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autoimune bolesti<\/strong> \u2013 odre\u0111eni imunolo\u0161ki poreme\u0107aji mogu uzrokovati da na\u0161 imunolo\u0161ki sustav, odnosno <strong>antitijela<\/strong>, djeluje i na kolagen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Izvori_kolagena\"><\/span>Izvori kolagena<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kolagen se prirodno proizvodi u na\u0161em tijelu, no njegova se razina mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati uz pomo\u0107&nbsp;<strong>prehrane i dodataka prehrani<\/strong>. Konzumiranjem odre\u0111enih namirnica dobit \u0107ete va\u017ene hranjive sastojke bitne za kolagen, uklju\u010duju\u0107i&nbsp;<strong>vitamin C, vitamin A, bakar ili prolin<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>Vitamin A&nbsp;<\/strong>nalazi se u \u017eivotinjskim proizvodima, ali i u obliku&nbsp;<strong>beta karotena<\/strong>&nbsp;u biljnim proizvodima.&nbsp;<strong>Vitamin C<\/strong>&nbsp;prisutan je u \u0161irokom spektru povr\u0107a i vo\u0107a, poput&nbsp;<strong>agruma, paprike ili jagoda.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Prolin<\/strong>&nbsp;se mo\u017ee prona\u0107i u&nbsp;<strong>mesu, siru ili bjelanjcima<\/strong>.
