Ve\u0107ina vje\u017ebi koje izvodim neprestano se mijenjaju. Jedino osnovne vje\u017ebe poput \u010du\u010dnjeva, bench pressa i mrtvog dizanja ostaju, no i te vje\u017ebe se trudim tijekom svakog treninga izvoditi na druga\u010diji na\u010din.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Omiljeni oblik kardija?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cDajem prednost redovitim kardio treninzima ili sprintu. Kada sam u mogu\u0107nosti iza\u0107i van u prirodu, onda i tamo uvrstim kardio trening. \u010cak i kada je hladno. Nemam uvijek volju za kardijom u teretani.
