However, she started to get public attention no earlier than in 2012 and it was in connection with her transformation. It took me many years to build up self-esteem. One of them being, for example, <strong>her collection of clothes called Bring Sportswear,<\/strong> which is intended primarily for exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>And what did Bring&#8217;s training plan actually look like? During her fitness peak, she attended a gym<strong> 5 times a week<\/strong>, <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/how-to-create-a-proper-training-program-for-home-workouts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>alternating upper and lower body training<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong> She started with complex free-weight exercises and ended with isolated exercises with machines. She only <strong>included cardio occasionally<\/strong> because she was not a fan of it. As for the diet, Alexandra did not have a set diet. She followed mainly<a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/iifym-flexible-diet-that-would-help-to-achieve-your-goals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>the principles of the IIFYM<\/strong><\/a> while at the same time following the <strong>80\/20 rule<\/strong>, where only 20% of the diet consisted of less suitable, ultra-processed foods rich in sugar and fat. The rest of the menu was based on balanced, <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/what-is-a-healthy-diet-and-how-to-learn-to-eat-healthy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>fresh and minimally processed ingredients<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Birth_of_two_daughters_and_transformation_of_her_content\"><\/span>Birth of two daughters and transformation of her content<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As time went on, so did the content of her daily life. In 2018, she gave birth to her first daughter named Lou and in 2020 to her second baby girl named Tula. So, it&#8217;s no surprise that these <strong>young ladies employ her 100%, <\/strong>which is also related to the change in the content she posts.<strong> Photos from the gym got replaced by pictures of children <\/strong>and everyday experiences of a full-time mom.
