Rich je nagla\u0161avao potrebu <strong>ru\u0161enja stereotipa o bodibildingu<\/strong> u kojem se radi o dizanju najte\u017eih utega u odre\u0111enom broju ponavljanja i serija. Njegova filozofija treninga proizlazila je iz \u010dinjenice da <strong>ekstremni treninzi <\/strong>nisu nu\u017eni <strong>za izgradnju savr\u0161ene figure<\/strong>, dok god budete oslu\u0161kivali potrebe vlastitog tijela i slijedili ih u pravom smjeru. Rich <strong>je zagovarao upotrebu manjih te\u017eina s ve\u0107im brojem ponavljanja<\/strong> &#8211; koliko va\u0161e tijelo izdr\u017ei. Ovom vrstom treninga podr\u017eavao je &#8220;<strong>pumpanje\u201d mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/strong> s minimalnim kidanjem mi\u0161i\u0107nih vlakana. Tako\u0111er je priznao da obi\u010dno <strong>instinktivno<\/strong> bira dijelove mi\u0161i\u0107a koje \u0107e <strong>vje\u017ebati<\/strong> na sljede\u0107em treningu, prema osje\u0107aju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>,,Morate raditi sve \u0161to je neophodno, naporno trenirati i pravilno se hraniti, ne ovisi ni o \u010demu drugome.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U mnogim videima Rich je veli\u010dinu svojih bicepsa i tricepsa pripisivao uglavnom <strong>sustavu treninga<\/strong> tzv. <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Feeder Workout<\/span><\/strong> (FW). Radi se o vje\u017ebanju dijelova mi\u0161i\u0107a <strong>koji su slabost pojedinca, no\u0107u<\/strong>, samo nekoliko minuta prije spavanja. Op\u0107enito je Rich preporu\u010divao optere\u0107ivati odre\u0111ene dijelove mi\u0161i\u0107a <strong>trima serijama od 100 ponavljanja s malom te\u017einom bez pauze,<\/strong> kako bi do\u0161lo do dovoljnog prokrvljenja mi\u0161i\u0107a koje je potrebno za ,,napumpavanje\u201d. Me\u0111utim, tvrdio je da je ta preporuka usmjerena vi\u0161e na psihu budu\u0107i da se kod FW radi upravo o tome da <strong>idete spavati ,,napumpani\u201d<\/strong> i da biste o tome mislili neposredno prije nego \u0161to legnete u krevet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je da neko vrijeme pozirate ispred ogledala koje je nadohvat ruke, \u010dim zavr\u0161ite seriju. Svatko tko radi na ja\u010danju ve\u0107 neko vrijeme zna da \u0107e do rasta mi\u0161i\u0107a do\u0107i kada je <strong>na\u0161e tijelo u maksimalnom miru<\/strong> (spava). Budu\u0107i da zaspite znaju\u0107i da ste postigli prokrvljenost mi\u0161i\u0107a i time i njihovo pove\u0107anje, va\u0161e mentalno raspolo\u017eenje kre\u0107e se u pravom smjeru. Donosimo Vam jedan od posljednjih planova treninga koji je Rich Piana koristio. Ne zaboravimo da je Rich bio vrlo zaposlen, pa su se ove vje\u017ebe mogle mijenjati iz tjedna u tjedan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Ponedjeljak &#8211; Le\u0111a<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijekom treninga le\u0111a koristio je ve\u0107e optere\u0107enje od uobi\u010dajenog. Veslanje s T-barom bila je jedna od vje\u017ebi u kojoj je Rich bio vrlo jak. Unato\u010d tome, tijekom njegovog treninga nije se radilo o golemoj koli\u010dini vje\u017ebi ili ponavljanja, kao \u0161to bismo o\u010dekivali. Od ostalih se bodibildera razlikovao i po tome \u0161to je spajao trening ramena s trapeznim mi\u0161i\u0107ima. Naime, oni se klasi\u010dno vje\u017ebaju zajedno s le\u0111ima.
