Laptele \u015fi extractul din vanilie le \u00eenc\u0103lzim pe foc mediu \u00een timp de 2-3 minute. Laptele nu trebuie s\u0103 fiarb\u0103, numai s\u0103 fie cald.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ulterior turn\u0103m lapte peste semin\u0163ele de chia \u015fi amestec\u0103m aprox 2 minute, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd absorb laptele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. La final l\u0103s\u0103m deoparte aprox 2-3 minute \u015fi putem pres\u0103ra cu fulgi de cocos, mere \u015fi scor\u0163i\u015foar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RECOMANDARE:<\/strong>&nbsp;Dac\u0103 nu vre\u0163i budinc\u0103 cald\u0103, atunci turna\u0163i peste semin\u0163e chia doar lapte \u015fi amesteca\u0163i p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd nu absorb laptele (aprox 3-5 minute).
