Pr\u00e1v\u011b tato situace je jedn\u00edm z nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edch indik\u00e1tor\u016f nedostate\u010dn\u00e9ho pitn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu. Kdy\u017e se k tomu p\u0159id\u00e1 sucho v \u00fastech, bolest hlavy nebo z\u00e1vrat\u011b, je velmi pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee co nejd\u0159\u00edve pot\u0159ebujete s\u00e1hnout po l\u00e1hvi s vodou. Jej\u00edm \u00fakolem ale nen\u00ed jen osv\u011b\u017een\u00ed nebo zahn\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00edzn\u011b. Je toti\u017e nevyhnuteln\u00e1 pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed. Bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu tekutin <strong>nemohou pracovat spr\u00e1vn\u011b na\u0161e ledviny ani t\u011blesn\u00e9 funkce.<\/strong> Na pitn\u00fd re\u017eim je proto pot\u0159eba myslet nejen v l\u00e9t\u011b, ale v ka\u017ed\u00e9m ro\u010dn\u00edm obdob\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Osobn\u011b jsem ale tak\u00e9 kdysi pat\u0159il k t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed vodu p\u016fl dne ignorovali, co\u017e jsem se v podve\u010der sna\u017eil dohnat p\u00e1r sklenicemi d\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e p\u016fjdu sp\u00e1t. V\u00fdsledkem toho byla \u00fanava, bolesti hlavy a probl\u00e9my se soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm. Nemluv\u011b o tom, co asi tehdy musely pro\u017e\u00edvat moje ledviny. Kdy\u017e jsem se jednoho dne dostal na in-body m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed a t\u011blesn\u00e1 anal\u00fdza uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee moje t\u011blo se ve skute\u010dnosti c\u00edt\u00ed o p\u00e1r let star\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e aktu\u00e1ln\u011b m\u00e1m, nastal \u010das po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b se nad sebou zamyslet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1prava nedostate\u010dn\u00e9ho pitn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu byla jednou z prvn\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed na seznamu, kterou jsem ud\u011blal. Spole\u010dn\u011b s dal\u0161\u00edmi kroky ke zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu jsem se postupn\u011b za\u010dal c\u00edtit l\u00e9pe ne\u017e kdykoliv p\u0159edt\u00edm. Poj\u010fme se tedy spole\u010dn\u011b pod\u00edvat na d\u016fle\u017eitost pitn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e se mo\u017en\u00e1 budete c\u00edtit l\u00e9pe i pr\u00e1v\u011b vy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Voda_co_vas_drzi_nad_vodou\"><\/span>Voda, co v\u00e1s dr\u017e\u00ed nad vodou<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli jste n\u011bkdy nad t\u00edm, co nevyhnuteln\u011b pot\u0159ebujete k tomu, abyste p\u0159e\u017eili? Je to j\u00eddlo? Vzduch? Facebook? Instagram? A co voda? Tato blahod\u00e1rn\u00e1 <strong>tekutina slo\u017een\u00e1 z vod\u00edku a kysl\u00edku tvo\u0159\u00ed okolo 60 % lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla<\/strong> a pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 71 % na\u0161\u00ed planety. M\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam pro v\u0161echno \u017eiv\u00e9 a nach\u00e1z\u00ed se v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch nebo c\u00e9v\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e t\u011blo m\u00e1 sofistikovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m hospoda\u0159en\u00ed s vodou, kter\u00fd jej\u00ed hladinu udr\u017euje v rovnov\u00e1ze a p\u0159i nedostatku p\u0159esouv\u00e1 tam, kde je voda nejv\u00edce pot\u0159ebn\u00e1. K jej\u00edmu <strong>\u00fabytku doch\u00e1z\u00ed b\u011bhem pocen\u00ed, mo\u010den\u00ed a vyprazd\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/strong> N\u00e1sleduje pocit \u017e\u00edzn\u011b, jeho\u017e ignorov\u00e1n\u00ed vede k dehydrataci. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[1-3] [5]&nbsp;[38]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">Mezi z\u00e1kladn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky dehydratace pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>sucho v \u00fastech<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>svalov\u00e1 slabost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pocity \u017e\u00edzn\u011b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tmav\u00e1 mo\u010d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bolest hlavy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mo\u010den\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 4x denn\u011b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>z\u00e1vrat\u011b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak ji\u017e z n\u00e1zvu \u010dl\u00e1nku vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, tato cesta nen\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e1. <strong>Pitn\u00fd re\u017eim je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd<\/strong>, proto\u017ee voda vyplavuje odpad z t\u011bla, reguluje t\u011blesnou teplotu a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 mozku pracovat. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 maximalizovat fyzick\u00fd v\u00fdkon<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 hydrataci nemus\u00ed jet v\u00e1\u0161 fyzick\u00fd v\u00fdkon na pln\u00fd plyn. Jedna ze studi\u00ed uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee <strong>dehydratace sni\u017euje v\u00fdkon p\u0159i aktivit\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 trvaj\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017e 30 minut.<\/strong> Pit\u00ed vody je tedy obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 b\u011bhem d\u00e9le trvaj\u00edc\u00edho intenzivn\u00edho, ale zejm\u00e9na vytrvalostn\u00edho tr\u00e9ninku. Podle studi\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt dehydratace citeln\u00fd vliv tehdy, kdy\u017e<strong> ztrat\u00edte i pouh\u00e1 2 % vody z t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti.<\/strong> D\u016fvodem nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch ztr\u00e1t vody b\u011bhem sportu je pocen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tato obl\u00edben\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 aktivita je toti\u017e <strong>p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou tvorby tepla, kter\u00e9 je pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 odv\u00e1d\u011bt<\/strong>, aby nedo\u0161lo k p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed organismu. Na\u0161e t\u011blo se tak ochlazuje odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edm potu (tekutin) z jeho povrchu. Mno\u017estv\u00ed potu (vylou\u010den\u00e9 vody) je z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na d\u00e9lce, intenzit\u011b v\u00fdkonu a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U sportovc\u016f proto nejsou neobvykl\u00e9 ani ztr\u00e1ty na \u00farovni 6-10 %, kter\u00e9 mohou v\u00e9st ke <strong>zm\u011bn\u00e1m v regulaci t\u011blesn\u00e9 teploty, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 motivaci pokra\u010dovat v tr\u00e9ninku a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 \u00fanav\u011b.<\/strong> V\u00fdjimkou nejsou ani pocity vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed, z\u00e1vrat\u011b, bolest hlavy a sucho v \u00fastech. V\u00e1\u0161 tr\u00e9nink se tak stane o dost t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed po fyzick\u00e9 i psychick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce. <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[6-8] [10]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdzkumy p\u0159i\u0161ly s t\u00edm, \u017ee optim\u00e1ln\u00ed hydratace zabra\u0148uje podobn\u00fdm vliv\u016fm, a m\u016f\u017ee dokonce <strong>p\u0159isp\u011bt ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00edho stresu<\/strong> ve f\u00e1zi regenerace. Probl\u00e9mem m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i intenzivn\u00ed sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon, b\u011bhem kter\u00e9ho v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed pije jen vodu bez elektrolyt\u016f. Za b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch podm\u00ednek ale dos\u00e1hnout stavu nadm\u011brn\u00e9 hydratace nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9, proto\u017ee byste museli vyp\u00edt skute\u010dn\u011b velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vody. N\u00e1sledkem hyponatr\u00e9mie byla koncentrace sod\u00edku v jeho t\u011ble na kritick\u00e9 \u00farovni 120 mmol\/l. Jen p\u0159ipomenu, \u017ee za hyponatr\u00e9mii je pova\u017eovan\u00fd u\u017e stav pod 135 mmol\/l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9let\u00e9 d\u011bv\u010d\u00e1tko, kter\u00e9 po konzumaci <strong>3,6 litru vody za 1-2 hodiny<\/strong> zvracelo, bylo ospal\u00e9 a st\u011b\u017eovalo si na bolest hlavy.
