Idu\u0107e dvije godine Ronnie je bio na prvom mjestu bez ikakvih problema. Tek je 2001. godine <strong>Jay Cutler<\/strong> prvi put ugrozio njegovu titulu<strong>.<\/strong> Sljede\u0107e godine Jay Cutler je odlu\u010dio da se ne\u0107e natjecati kako bi nakupio vi\u0161e mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase i na taj na\u010din porazio Colemana. Ubrzo nakon Mr. Olympia 2002. godine <strong>Ronnieja je porazio<\/strong> G\u00fcnter Schlierkamp na GNC Show of Strenght.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je sljede\u0107e godine Jay Cutler najavio svoj povratak na Mr. Olympiu, Ronnie je \u010desto bio izostavljen u raspravama na Internetu i u \u010dasopisima o bodibildingu. <strong>Sve se promijenilo <\/strong>kada je Ronnie iza\u0161ao u javnost 2003. <strong>s nevjerojatnom te\u017einom od <\/strong><strong>130 kilograma<\/strong>. Za \u010dovjeka je postizanje te\u017eine od 130 kilograma s 5 kilograma tjelesne masti gotovo nevjerojatno! Ronnie je nastavio s osvajanjem titule 2004. godine te\u017ee\u0107i 134 kilograma, no nije bio izrezan kao pro\u0161lih godina. <strong>U 2005. godini osvojio je svoju posljednju, osmu titulu.<\/strong> <em><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNaporan rad i trening. Ne postoji nikakav tajni recept. Treniram \u017eestoko s velikim te\u017einama i trudim se biti najbolji na svijetu.\u201d&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em>[4]<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijekom tih osam godina njegova figura iz 2003. godine bila je <strong>najdominantnija i naj\u0161okantnija<\/strong>. Iako je bio ve\u0107i i te\u017ei, tijekom sljede\u0107ih godina njegovi <strong>mi\u0161i\u0107i postali su asimetri\u010dni<\/strong>. Figuru koju je otkrio 2003. godine mo\u017eemo smatrati <strong>najdominantnijom kombinacijom veli\u010dine i simetrije<\/strong> koju je \u010dovjek ikada postigao.&nbsp;<em><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pristup_Ronnieja_Colemana\"><\/span>Pristup Ronnieja Colemana<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O pristupu Ronnieja pro\u010ditat \u0107ete mnogo toga, no kao \u0161to sam tvrdi, njegov plan treninga mogu\u0107e je usporediti s &#8220;powerbuildingom&#8221;. U ranim se danima uglavnom posve\u0107ivao powerliftingu koji je uklju\u010divao <strong>\u010du\u010danj, mrtvo dizanje i potisak s klupe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogi bodibuilderi treniraju na osnovi velikog broja ponavljanja i vje\u017ebi na spravama, dok je Ronnie Coleman uvijek naginjao prije prema <strong>velikim te\u017einama.<\/strong> Definitivno je jedan od najja\u010dih bodibildera svih vremena, \u010diji je trening jedan od najte\u017eih jer je uvijek dizao <strong>velike utege<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cSvatko \u017eeli postati bodibilder, no nikome se ne vje\u017eba s velikim utezima.\u201d&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se Coleman povukao s natjecanja 2007. godine, njegove godine, koje se pribli\u017eavaju pedesetoj, ne dopu\u0161taju mu da se potpuno povu\u010de u mirovinu. Uvijek je imao dobro raspore\u0111ene vje\u017ebe i <strong>svaki dio tijela bio je izvje\u017eban u roku od dva dana.<\/strong> To mu je omogu\u0107ilo trenirati zaista \u017eestoke i te\u0161ke treninge, ali isto tako izvesti i mnogo vje\u017ebi <strong>za svaku skupinu mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/strong>. Unato\u010d tome, uspio sam se zabaviti. Svake godine veselio sam se sljede\u0107oj pripremi. Danas mi je, umjesto toga, malo dosadno. \u010cak mi i treninzi i dijeta prije natjecanja nekako nedostaju.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Neki ljudi tvrde da si svoju idealnu figuru postigao kada si bio lak\u0161i (122kg). Ima li neki odre\u0111eni izgled tvoje figure koji ti se najvi\u0161e svi\u0111ao?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cTijekom moje prve pobjede na Mr. Olympiji. To mi je natjecanje bilo nevjerojatno. Nikada mi ni\u0161ta ne\u0107e zamijeniti osje\u0107aj nakon tog natjecanja, sve je i\u0161lo to\u010dno onako kako sam zamislio. Te godine sam morao puno toga svladati da bih osvojio titulu. Stajao sam na bini sa svojim protivnicima koji su me pobje\u0111ivali zadnjih deset godina. Nitko me nije odabrao za svog favorita jer sam godinu ranije zavr\u0161io na devetom mjestu. Ako pogledate na neke od mojih videa s treninzima i usporedite ih s drugim bodibilderima, primijetit \u0107ete da je moj trening bio potpuno druga\u010diji i puno intenzivniji od njihovog.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Tvoji su mi\u0161i\u0107i izgledali gu\u0161\u0107i zbog svih treninga snage koje si radio?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Da, upravo tako.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Na mnogim web-stranicama i u \u010dasopisima o bodibildingu \u010desto se spominje da si, \u0161to se figure ti\u010de, upravo ti bio najbolji bodibilder svih vremena. Sla\u017ee\u0161 li se s tom izjavom?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Ne tvrdim da sam najbolji, ali ni to da nisam. Tvrde to ostali. To je vrsta komplimenta koji jednostavno morate primiti.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Kada si shvatio da mo\u017ee\u0161 izgraditi uspje\u0161nu karijeru kao profesionalni bodibilder??<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Bilo je to najmanje pet ili \u0161est godina kasnije. Dugo mi je trebalo da do\u0111em do toga da se izdr\u017eavam tim sportom. Prve tri do \u010detiri godine kao profesionalac nisam radio ni\u0161ta zanimljivo. Nisam se tako \u010desto pozicionirao na prvih 5 mjesta.&nbsp;Bio sam zadovoljan \u0161to mogu pro\u0107i kroz pripreme za natjecanja jer me to zabavljalo te sam dobivao besplatna \u010dlanstva u fitness centru. Bio sam zadovoljan jer sam znao da dajem svoj maksimum.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Na posljednjem Mr. Olympiji na kojem si sudjelovao o\u010dito je da nisi bio u svojoj najboljoj formi. \u0160to misli\u0161 \u0161to je uzrokovalo taj poraz?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Svi ti treninzi koje sam odra\u0111ivao na kraju su me dostigli, imao sam problema posebno s kralje\u017enicom. Sje\u0107am se da sam tijekom jednog treninga osjetio ogromnu bol u le\u0111ima \u0161to je vjerojatno bilo posljedica i optere\u0107enja koje sam koristio. Istinu govore\u0107i, nikad si nisam priu\u0161tio dovoljno dugu pauzu kako bi se moje tijelo potpuno oporavilo.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Kakav je osje\u0107aj biti inspiracija za obo\u017eavatelje bodibildinga diljem svijeta?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;To je odli\u010dan osje\u0107aj, no u stvarnosti o tome ne razmi\u0161ljate previ\u0161e kada se posvetite tom sportu. Tijekom svoje karijere nisam pre\u010desto razmi\u0161ljao o novcima i inspiraciji koju sam pru\u017eao ljudima jer sam u tome toliko u\u017eivao.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. Bi li osvojio rekord od 8 Mr. Olympia titula da nije bio tako motiviran, intenzivan i ekstreman? Vjerojatno ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve \u0161to radimo ima potencijal da izazove dugoro\u010dne posljedice, osobito bodibilding. Bodibilding ima potencijal doprinijeti boljem stilu \u017eivota, no tako\u0111er ima potencijal prouzro\u010diti \u0161tetu ako se pretjera s treninzima. <strong>\u010cu\u010dnjevi s 360 kilograma<\/strong> su izvedba koja malo kome uspije. Takva vje\u017eba zahtijeva odre\u0111eni ekstrem koji se \u010desto manifestira u obliku ozljede ili bolesti. Bez obzira je li pro\u0161lost dobra ili lo\u0161a, u nekom trenutku \u0107e vas sigurno dosti\u0107i, to se odnosi i na velikane poput Ronnieja Colemana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako je njegov trening bio u\u010dinkovit, mo\u017ee biti previ\u0161e fizi\u010dki zahtjevan za tipi\u010dnog rekreativca ili sporta\u0161a po\u010detnika! <em><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[8]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cDakle, i dalje \u017eelite postati bodibilder kakav sam bio ja i imati isti trening moral poput mene? Kao \u0161to vidite, osmostruki sam pobjednik Mr. Olympia i ne mogu hodati. Kod \u010du\u010dnja s 360kg napravio bih 4 ponavljanja umjesto dva, to je jedina stvar zbog koje \u017ealim.
