Nu mai trebuie s\u0103 c\u0103uta\u021bi o solu\u021bie s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 pentru micul dejun. Din fericire, vremurile s-au schimbat. Au trecut anii \u00een care cl\u0103titele erau pline de carbohidra\u021bi. Acum, v\u0103 oferim re\u021bete pentru cl\u0103tite pline cu proteine! Aluatul \u00eel \u00eentoarcem \u00een tigaie, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd marginile lui \u00eencep s\u0103 prind\u0103 culoarea aurie. Fulgii de ov\u0103z nefier\u021bi, cu ajutorul unui mixer sau robot de buc\u0103t\u0103rie, \u00eei r\u00e2\u0219nim p\u00e2n\u0103 la forma de f\u0103in\u0103 fin\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"normal\">2. Ad\u0103uga\u021bi albu\u0219urile de ou, banana, pudra proteic\u0103, praful de copt \u0219i se amestec\u0103 bine, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t din amestec s\u0103 ne ias\u0103 aluatul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"normal\">3. \u00cen recipientul cu aluat, ad\u0103ug\u0103m coac\u0103zele \u0219i se amestec\u0103 din nou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"normal\">4. \u00cen tigaia \u00eenc\u0103lzit\u0103 la foc mediu, se adaug\u0103 aproximativ 2 linguri de aluat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"normal\">5. Pentru a se coace c\u00e2t mai repede cl\u0103titele, tigaia se poate acoperi cu un capac. Prima parte se coace timp de 45 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 60 de secunde.
