Pr\u00e1ve t\u00e1to situ\u00e1cia je jedn\u00fdm z naj\u010dastej\u0161\u00edch indik\u00e1torov nedostato\u010dn\u00e9ho pitn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu. Ke\u010f sa k tomu prid\u00e1 sucho v \u00fastach, boles\u0165 hlavy \u010di z\u00e1vraty, je ve\u013emi pravdepodobn\u00e9, \u017ee \u010do najsk\u00f4r potrebujete siahnu\u0165 po f\u013ea\u0161i s vodou. Jej \u00falohou v\u0161ak nie je len osvie\u017eenie \u010di zahnanie sm\u00e4du. Je toti\u017e nevyhnutn\u00e1 pre na\u0161e zdravie. V\u00fdsledkom toho bola \u00fanava, bolesti hlavy a probl\u00e9my so s\u00fastreden\u00edm. Nehovoriac o tom, \u010do asi vtedy museli pre\u017e\u00edva\u0165 moje obli\u010dky. Ke\u010f som sa jedn\u00e9ho d\u0148a dostal na in-body meranie a telesn\u00e1 anal\u00fdza uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee moje telo sa v skuto\u010dnosti c\u00edti o p\u00e1r rokov star\u0161ie ne\u017e aktu\u00e1lne m\u00e1m, nastal \u010das poriadne sa nad sebou zamyslie\u0165.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e1prava nedostato\u010dn\u00e9ho pitn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu bola jednou z prv\u00fdch vec\u00ed na zozname, ktor\u00fa som urobil.
