We can add a little bit of chia seeds and shake it several times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put a layer of <strong>any kind of frozen fruit<\/strong> on the bottom of the grass and then our prepared pudding. Repeat the layering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the end,<strong> decorate with fruit and low-calorie Sweet Syrup<\/strong>.
