U \u010da\u0161u na zatvaranje (dozu) nalijemo mlijeko, nakon toga dodamo chia sjemenke<br>i zatvorimo \u010da\u0161u<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ovu smjesu nakon nekog vremena dobro izmije\u0161amo, otprilike nakon svake minute (ukupno 5 puta).<br>3. Puding stavimo 15-20 minuta u hladnjak.<br>4. Na kraju dodamo nekoliko kapi <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/flavor-drops-50-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Flavdrops<\/a>&nbsp;i <strong>sla\u017eemo naizmjeni\u010dno sloj pudinga , gr\u010dkog jogurta i vo\u0107a<\/strong>. Mljevene pahuljice, maslac od kikirikija i agava sirup stavimo u blender i miksamo dok se ne napravi \u010dvrsto tijesto.<br>2. Tijesto stavimo u ve\u0107u zdjelu i dodajemo komadi\u0107e \u010dokolade. Dobro izmije\u0161amo.<br>3. Dlanovima i \u017elicom napravimo kuglice.<br>4. Stavimo <strong>na trenutak u hladnjak da se ohladi<\/strong> ili u njima u\u017eivamo odmah. U \u0161ejkeru pomije\u0161amo mlijeko i brdovito punu mjericu proteinskog pudinga. Mo\u017eemo dodati malo chia sjemenki i nakon toga nekoliko puta dobro promije\u0161amo.<br>2. Na dno \u010da\u0161e stavimo <strong>smrznuto vo\u0107e po izboru<\/strong> i na njega na\u0161 gotovi puding. Naizmjeni\u010dno stavljamo slojeve.<br>3. Na kraju <strong>ukrasimo vo\u0107em i niskokalori\u010dnim sirupom Sweet Syrup<\/strong>.
