Plus je \u0161to ih je jednostavno pripremiti i probaviti. Ali minus je \u0161to vas ne zasite uvijek dovoljno. Taj smo uobi\u010dajeni problem rije\u0161ili dodavanjem crne le\u0107e i sira koji su salati davali puno proteina i vlakana. U kombinaciji s popularnim povr\u0107em stvorili smo ukusan, hranjiv, ali i zasitan obrok!
