Fulgii de ov\u0103z ii amestec\u0103m cu fructele, protein\u0103, lapte \u0219i coaj\u0103 ras\u0103 de l\u0103m\u00e2ie. Tot acest amestec \u00eel <strong>mix\u0103m la o vitez\u0103 mic\u0103,&nbsp;<\/strong>p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd fructele sunt m\u0103run\u021bite iar amestecul \u00eencepe s\u0103 se adune pe la marginea vasului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
