Ukusan je, kremast i svestran: kao dio doru\u010dka ili ukusnog deserta ili za dodavanje okusa mesu. Me\u0111utim, izvrstan ukus nije sve \u0161to nudi. Maslac od kikirikija <strong>bogat je izvor zdravih masti, kao i proteina.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Njegova nutritivna svojstva \u010dine ga <strong>nezaobilaznim dijelom svijeta fitnessa.<\/strong> No, jeste li se ikad zapitali o njegovom podrijetlu, kako se \u0161iroka paleta maslaca od kikirikija me\u0111usobno razlikuje i kako odabrati najbolji? Obe\u0107avamo da \u0107ete do kraja \u010ditanja ovog \u010dlanka imati odgovore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Povijest_maslaca_od_kikirikija\"><\/span>Povijest maslaca od kikirikija<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvi povijesni dokazi o maslacu od kikirikija datiraju iz doba drevnih Inka i Asteka. Oni bi bili prvi ljudi koji su <strong>pr\u017eeni kikiriki prera\u0111ivali u pastu<\/strong> koja se jo\u0161 uvijek zna\u010dajno razlikuje od dana\u0161njih maslaca. Baylea, poslovnog \u010dovjeka, \u010diji je profitabilni plan, prema nekoliko izvora, ro\u0111en nakon \u0161to je upoznao <strong>Johna Harveyja Kelloga, poznatog kao otac maslaca od kikirikija. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kellog je patentirao vlastiti recept 1895. godine. Ne samo da je korisno za <strong>pove\u0107anje tjelesne mase,<\/strong> ve\u0107 se tako\u0111er u\u010dinkovito mo\u017ee iskoristiti i kao dio prehrane koncipirane <strong>za<\/strong> <strong>mr\u0161avljenje<\/strong>! Njegova je glavna prednost <strong>visok sadr\u017eaj proteina,<\/strong> kao i <strong>vitamina i minerala.<\/strong> Me\u0111utim, tako\u0111er je vrlo bogat kalorijama te se mora unositi umjereno. Na 100 g obi\u010dno sadr\u017ei:<strong> vitamin E (9 mg), vitamin B3 (13,4 mg), vitamin B6 (0,5 mg), magnezij (154 mg), fosfor (358 mg), cink (2,9 mg) <\/strong>i<strong> mangan 1,5 mg.<\/strong>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600\">[22]&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada konzumirate porciju tipi\u010dne veli\u010dine, trebate imati na umu i koli\u010dinu zasi\u0107enih masti. Prema WHO, <strong>zasi\u0107ene masti trebaju \u010diniti samo oko 10 % va\u0161eg cjelokupnog unosa kalorija.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Uglavnom se nalaze u \u017eivotinjskim proizvodima, poput dimljenog mesa, maslaca ili drugih masnih mlije\u010dnih proizvoda, iako se mogu na\u0107i i u biljnim proizvodima poput kokosove masti. SZO preporu\u010duje konzumaciju najvi\u0161e 22 g dnevno. Me\u0111utim, Ameri\u010dko udru\u017eenje za srce zauzima puno stro\u017ei stav, <strong>ograni\u010davaju\u0107i ovaj broj na 13 g.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je ipak napomenuti da, kao \u0161to je slu\u010daj sa bilo kojom hranom, i mi <strong>gledamo na njezin sadr\u017eaj u cjelini<\/strong>. Samo zato \u0161to proizvod sadr\u017ei zasi\u0107ene masti, to ne mora nu\u017eno zna\u010diti da je \u0161tetan za va\u0161e zdravlje. U slu\u010daju maslaca od kikirikija,<strong> nezdrave masti predstavljaju samo oko 20 %<\/strong> ukupnog sadr\u017eaja masti, a <strong>ostatak \u010dine zdrave masti.
