Sve dobro izmiksamo i napravimo masu od koje u prstima <strong>oblikujemo kuglice<\/strong> veli\u010dine oraha. Njih na kraju uvaljamo u smjesu koju smo napravili tako da smo pomije\u0161ali kokos i ribanu koru limuna. <strong>Gotovo!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Fitness_roscici_od_vanilije\"><\/span>2. Nakon toga, izradimo kruto tijesto, koje stavimo <strong>u hladnjak na 20-30 minuta&nbsp;<\/strong>kako bi se jo\u0161 bolje stvrdnulo. Od tijesta otrgnemo komadi\u0107e od kojih prvo oblikujemo valjke a&nbsp;<strong>nakon toga od njih napravimo ro\u0161\u010di\u0107e<\/strong>. Zatim, dodajemo bra\u0161no i napravimo suho tijesto, koje stavimo u hladnjak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preljev od cimeta napravimo vrlo jednostavno<\/strong> &#8211; pomije\u0161amo \u0161e\u0107er, sok od limuna i cimet te ostavimo neko vrijeme da se \u0161e\u0107er malo otopi. Zatim, izvadimo tijesto, razvla\u010dimo ga u oblik pravokutnika i stavimo na vrh preljev. Savijemo ga u roladu i nakon toga <strong>re\u017eemo kolute \u0161irine oko 0,5 cm<\/strong>. Kolute sla\u017eemo na lim oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje. Nakon toga dodajemo bra\u0161no s pra\u0161kom za pecivo i mije\u0161amo. <strong>Ulijemo vode prema potrebi<\/strong>, ali ne trebamo pretjerivati da tijesto ne bi bilo prerijetko (ali ne treba biti niti pregusto, jer bi se rolada tijekom savijanja mogla lomiti). Na kraju, dodamo bjelanjak, izlijemo na lim i&nbsp;<strong>pe\u010demo 10-15 minuta na&nbsp;175\u00b0C.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sad si u blenderu <strong>pripremimo kremasti preljev<\/strong> mije\u0161anjem svih sastojaka za punjenje (osim malina).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon pe\u010denja stavimo tijesto na \u010distu krpu i&nbsp;<strong>polako savijamo<\/strong>. <strong>Ostavimo ga da se dobro ohladi<\/strong>. Kad se tijesto potpuno ohladilo, savijamo ga i prema\u017eemo punjenjem od svje\u017eeg sira i pospemo malinama. Tijesto opet savijemo i ostavimo da se ohladi.
