Razma\u017eemo na papir za pe\u010denje i pe\u010demo dok biskvit ne bude gotov. Biskvit maknemo s pleha, a pomo\u0107u kuhinjske krpe od jo\u0161 vru\u0107eg <strong>tijesta oblikujemo roladu<\/strong> tako da kra\u0107e strane po\u010dnemo savijati prema sebi kako bismo rezanjem <strong>dobili otprilike 6 kola\u010di\u0107a<\/strong>. Dok se tijesto hladi,<strong> pripremimo kremu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadjev mo\u017eemo <strong>napraviti pomije\u0161anjem svje\u017eeg sira s jogurtom od vanilije<\/strong> ili mo\u017eemo u svje\u017ei sir dodati <strong>bezkalori\u010dne kapi <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/flavor-drops-50-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>flavor drops<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;kako bismo mu dodali okus 12% vrhnja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g tamne \u010dokolade sa sadr\u017eajem masti vi\u0161e od 50%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u010dajna \u017elica maslaca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>par kapi&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/flavor-drops-50-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">flavor drops<\/a> s okusom vanilije<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pripremimo potpuno jednostavno<strong> tijesto od zobenih pahuljica, banane i sladila.<\/strong> \u010cvrst maslac nastrugamo na deblje komade pomo\u0107u klasi\u010dnog ribe\u017ea, zatim dodamo pire od banane s <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/erythrit-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">eritritolom<\/a>&nbsp;i zobene pahuljice. Napravimo gustu masu kojom napunimo mali okrugli kalup u koji smo jo\u0161 prije stavili papir za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cokoladu <strong>otopimo na pari,<\/strong> malo sa\u010dekamo i dok je jo\u0161 uvijek rijetka<strong> umije\u0161amo je u <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/tag\/svjezi-sir-hr\/\" class=\"ek-link\">svje\u017ei sir<\/a><\/strong>. Zatim nadjev razma\u017eemo na tijesto. Gornji preljev pripremimo tako da u loncu otopimo \u010dokoladu s maslacem na najmanjem plamenu, dodamo vrhnje i mije\u0161amo dok ne dobijemo tra\u017eenu konzistenciju. <strong>Dodamo kapi od Na kraju lagano ru\u010dno umije\u0161amo pjenu od bjelanjaka. Izlijemo u kalup i pe\u010demo otprilike 40 minuta na temperaturi 160\u00b0C dok <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/tag\/cheesecake-hr\/\" class=\"ek-link\">cheesecake <\/a>ne bude gotov <em>(ali ne suh!)<\/em>. Dospemo instantne pahuljice i promije\u0161amo \u2013 trebali bismo dobiti <strong>gustu konzistenciju koja se ali jo\u0161 uvijek mo\u017ee razmazati.<\/strong> Prema potrebi dolijemo ostatak vode. Kada smjesa za kore ima dobru gusto\u0107u, po\u010dnemo ju <strong>razmazivati na dno kalupa<\/strong>, a dio smjese razma\u017eemo i na cheesecake sa strane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Svje\u017ei sir, jogurt i <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/xylit-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">ksilitol<\/a>&nbsp;<strong>zajedno izmiksamo,<\/strong> a zatim prema uputi na ambala\u017ei dodamo \u017eelatinski zgu\u0161njiva\u010d. <strong>Smjesu izlijemo u kalup<\/strong> i malo je horizontalno potresemo da se krema ravnomjerno rasporedi. Odmah poslije toga ukra\u0161avamo. Na kori napravimo to\u010dkice sa <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bezkaloricni-sirup-strawberry-syrup-320-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">zero Sirupom<\/a>, a zatim \u010da\u010dkalicom pre\u0111emo preko svake to\u010dkice <em>(kao da je \u017eelimo prepoloviti)<\/em> kako bismo <strong>napravili mini srca.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tortu ostavimo <strong>u hladnjaku barem 2 sata, idealno preko no\u0107i.<\/strong> Prije serviranja prvo pa\u017eljivo pomo\u0107u lopatice odlijepimo bokove kore, tek poslije otvaramo kalup. Kola\u010di\u0107 nije samo <strong>bezglutenski<\/strong>, ali je <strong>uglavnom pun bjelan\u010devina<\/strong>, kao stvoren za vru\u0107e ljetne dane.
