Using hands, make a dough. If a loose mixture has formed during the kneading process, <strong>pour water<\/strong> into it to obtain a soft dough.<\/li><li>Leave the dough <strong>in the refrigerator<\/strong> for 20 &#8211; 30 minutes to solidify.<\/li><li>In the meantime, prepare the filling. <strong>Peel the apples<\/strong>, cut them into thin wedges and place them in a bowl. There, <strong>sprinkle them with lemon juice<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Mix <strong>3 tablespoons of spelled flour<\/strong> with 3 tablespoons of <strong>sugar and pepper<\/strong>. Pour the prepared dry ingredients into a bowl of apples and <strong>mix thoroughly<\/strong> until the apples are coated in a flour mixture on both sides. Finally, add the <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/nut-butters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">peanut butter<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Remove the solidified dough<\/strong> from the refrigerator and cut it into thirds. \u2153 use to cover the cake, the remaining \u2154 serve as the bottom of the cake.<\/li><li><strong>Roll the dough<\/strong> into a circle and place it in the mould. <strong>Add apple mixture<\/strong> to the inside of the cake.<\/li><li>Roll the remaining \u2153 dough <strong>into a circle<\/strong> too and place <strong>on top of the cake<\/strong>. You can decorate the edges with a fork and cut the center.<\/li><li>Coat the top of the dough with <strong>egg yolk<\/strong> and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes at 250 \u00b0 C. Cut into smaller cubes and <strong>cook until tender<\/strong>, about 10-15 minutes. Mix the cooked pumpkin with an immersion mixer and <strong>the pumpkin puree is ready.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mix dry ingredients<\/strong> \u2013 oat flakes, baking powder, pepper and flour. In the second container, <strong>mix liquid ingredients<\/strong> \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/agave-syrup-350-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">agave syrup<\/a>, oil, eggs and pumpkin puree. <strong>Add gradually the flour mixture<\/strong> to the liquid mixture. Mix, and if the mixture is too solid, <strong>dilute with milk<\/strong>. A solid mixture is formed which is <strong>poured into a mould<\/strong> lined with baking paper. Spread the mixture on the edges of the mould.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Whisk the eggs into the foam <\/strong>and gradually add the remaining ingredients. Pour the <strong>curd cream<\/strong> into the mould on the biscuit base.
