Za vas imamo jesenske recepte za najljub\u0161e <strong>jabol\u010dne pite, bu\u010dne muffine in cheesecake.<\/strong> <strong>Dober tek!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Jabolcna_pita\"><\/span>Jabol\u010dna pita<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sestavine za pito:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 jabolka<\/li><li>3 jedilne \u017elice gladke pirine moke<\/li><li>3 jedilne \u017elice trsnega sladkorja<\/li><li>2 jedilni \u017elici <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/masla-iz-oresckov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">ara\u0161idovega masla<\/a><\/li><li>sok polovice limone<\/li><li>\u0161\u010depec cimeta<\/li><li>\u0161\u010depec mletega ingverja<\/li><li>\u0161\u010depec mu\u0161katnega ore\u0161\u010dka<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sestavine za muffine:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 g ovsene moke<\/li><li>100 g masla ali <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/olja\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosovega olja<\/a><\/li><li>30 &#8211; 50 ml hladne vode (po potrebi)<\/li><li>rumenjak<\/li><li>\u0161\u010depec soli in sladkorja<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprava:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Za\u010dnemo s pripravo testa. <strong>Hladno maslo nare\u017eemo na majhne kocke<\/strong>, ki ga dodamo moki <strong>skupaj s \u0161\u010depcem soli in sladkorja.<\/strong> Z uporabo rok naredimo testo. \u010ce je med gnetenjem nastala groba zmes, vanj <strong>vlijemo vodo<\/strong>, da dobimo mehko testo.<\/li><li>Testo postavimo v<strong> hladilnik<\/strong> za 20 &#8211; 30 minut, da se strdi.<\/li><li>Medtem pripravimo nadev. <strong>Jabolka olupimo<\/strong>, nare\u017eemo na tanke krhlje in jih polo\u017eimo v skledo. <strong>Po\u0161kropimo jih z limoninim sokom.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>3 \u017elice pirine moke<\/strong> zme\u0161amo s 3 \u017elicami <strong>sladkorja in popra.<\/strong> Pripravljene suhe sestavine vlijemo v skledo z jabolki in<strong> temeljito preme\u0161amo<\/strong>, dokler jabolka na obeh straneh ne prekrijemo z moko. Na koncu dodamo \u0161e <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/masla-iz-oresckov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">ara\u0161idovo maslo<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Strjeno testo odstranimo iz hladilnika<\/strong> in ga razre\u017eemo na tretjine. \u2153 uporabimo za prekrivanje pite, preostali \u2154 slu\u017eijo kot dno pite.<\/li><li><strong>Testo razvaljamo<\/strong> v krog in ga polo\u017eimo v model. Na testo dodamo <strong>me\u0161anico jabolk.<\/strong><\/li><li>Tudi preostalo \u2153 testo razvaljamo <strong>v krog<\/strong> in polo\u017eimo <strong>na vrh pite.<\/strong> Robove lahko okrasimo z vilicami in izre\u017eemo sredino.<\/li><li>Vrh testa prema\u017eemo z <strong>rumenjakom<\/strong> in pe\u010demo pribli\u017eno 15-20 minut pri 250 \u00b0 C. Bu\u010do olupimo, prere\u017eemo na pol in odstranimo semena. Nare\u017eemo na manj\u0161e kocke in <strong>kuhamo do mehkega<\/strong>, pribli\u017eno 10-15 minut. Kuhano bu\u010do zmiksamo z me\u0161alnikom in <strong>bu\u010dni pire je pripravljen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zme\u0161amo suhe sestavine<\/strong> &#8211; ovsene kosmi\u010de, pecilni pra\u0161ek, poper in moko. V drugi posodi zme\u0161amo teko\u010de sestavine &#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/agave-syrup-350ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"> agavin sirup<\/a>, olje, jajca in bu\u010dni pire. <strong>Me\u0161anici moke postopoma<\/strong> dodajamo teko\u010do zmes.
