Hladni <strong>maslac nare\u017eemo na male kocke<\/strong>, dodamo <strong>bra\u0161nu prstohvat soli i \u0161e\u0107era<\/strong>. Rukama <strong>napravimo tijesto<\/strong>. Ako se tijekom mije\u0161enja stvorila prhka smjesa, <strong>dodajemo vodu <\/strong>sve dok ne dobijemo rastegljivo tijesto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tijesto ostavljamo u <strong>hladnjaku <\/strong>20 &#8211; 30 minuta kako bi se dobro stvrdnulo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U me\u0111uvremenu pripremamo punjenje. <strong>Ogulimo jabuku<\/strong>, nare\u017eemo na tanke mjese\u010di\u0107e i stavimo u zdjelu, gdje ih <strong>prelijemo sokom od limuna<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pomije\u0161amo <strong>3 \u017elice glatkog pirovog bra\u0161na <\/strong>s 3 \u017elice <strong>\u0161e\u0107era i za\u010dinom<\/strong>. Pripremljene suhe sastojke sipamo u zdjelu s jabukama i <strong>dobro promije\u0161amo<\/strong> sve dok jabuke sa obje strane ne budu prelivene smjesom od bra\u0161na. Na kraju dodajemo <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/maslac\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>maslac od kikirikija<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stvrdnuto tijesto <strong>izvadimo iz hladnjaka <\/strong>i podijelimo na tre\u0107ine. \u2153 koristimo za pokrivanje kola\u010da, ostale \u2154 \u0107e poslu\u017eiti kao dno kola\u010da.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Od ve\u0107eg dijela tijesta <strong>napravimo krug <\/strong>i stavimo u kalup. U kola\u010d <strong>stavljamo smjesu od jabuka<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Od ostale \u2153 tijesta tako\u0111er <strong>napravimo krug <\/strong>i stavimo <strong>na vrh kola\u010da<\/strong>. Krajeve mo\u017eemo ukrasiti vilicom i izrezati sredinu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gornji dio tijesta <strong>prema\u017eemo \u017eumanjkom <\/strong>i pe\u010demo oko 15 &#8211; 20 minuta na 250\u00b0C. Nare\u017eemo ju na manje kocke i <strong>kuhamo dok ne omek\u0161aju <\/strong>oko 10 &#8211; 15 minuta. Kuhanu bundevu izmije\u0161amo mikserom i <strong>dobili smo pire od bundeve<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomije\u0161amo <strong>suhe sastojke <\/strong>&#8211; zobene pahuljice, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, za\u010din i bra\u0161no. U drugoj zdjeli <strong>pomije\u0161amo teku\u0107e sirovine <\/strong>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-sirup-od-agave-250-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>agava sirup<\/strong><\/a>, ulje, jaja i pire od bundeve. U teku\u0107u smjesu <strong>postupno dodajemo smjesu od bra\u0161na<\/strong>. Promije\u0161amo, a ako je smjesa tvrda, <strong>razrijedimo ju mlijekom<\/strong>.
