mi\u0161ljenja<\/strong>. Kokosovo ulje sadr\u017ei potencijalno <strong>blagotvorna MCT ulja<\/strong>, zna\u010di trigliceride sa srednje dugim lancem, ali na manjoj razini kao \u0161to ljudi misle. Stanovnici otoka Tokelau primali su astronomi\u010dku koli\u010dinu od <a title=\"63% kalorija\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/7270479\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">63% kalorija<\/a> od kokosa dok kod niti jednog od njih na EKG pregledu nisu se pokazali znakovi prija\u0161njeg infarkta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eda se u ovom slu\u010daju pokazuje da masti nisu \u010dovjekov neprijatelj ali umjesto njih upravo to su ugljikohidrati? POGRE\u0160NO. <strong>Stanovnici otoka Kitava uzimali su 70% svojih kalorija<\/strong> u obliku ugljikohidrata s malom koli\u010dinom \u0161e\u0107era ili vo\u0107nog \u0161e\u0107era i \u0161kroba i imali su <a title=\"Niske razine inzulina\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/10535381\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">niske razine inzulina<\/a> i nisu kod njih otkrili ni sr\u010dana oboljenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eda su ovi oto\u010dani zdravi zahvaljuju\u0107i genetici? Opet pogre\u0161no. Nisu imali tvrtke za izolaciju i \u010di\u0161\u0107enje kokosovog ulja, niti fantasti\u010dne <strong>prodavaonice s namirnicama koje nude konzistentnu dozu<\/strong> rafiniranih ulja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne govore\u0107i o&nbsp;tome da su ove kulture jele prehranu punu gomolja, <strong>vo\u0107a i&nbsp;riba dok mi imamo prehranu punu soje<\/strong>, ri\u017ee i&nbsp;kukuruza. Fiziolo\u0161ki kontekst je veoma va\u017ean, <strong>a&nbsp;zasi\u0107ene masti od kokosa mogu biti veoma \u0161tetne<\/strong> u&nbsp;jednom kontekstu a&nbsp;blagotvorne u&nbsp;drugom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_ZA_Zivotinjama_koje_su_bile_hranjene_rafiniranim_kokosovim_uljem_poboljsalo_se_zdravstveno_stanje_srca\"><\/span>3) ZA: \u017divotinjama koje su bile hranjene rafiniranim kokosovim uljem pobolj\u0161alo se zdravstveno stanje srca<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nigdje ne\u0107ete na\u0107i studiju o&nbsp;utjecaju kokosovog ulja na <strong>ljudsko zdravlje koja bi odgovarala specijalnim uvjetima studije<\/strong> izvr\u0161ene na \u017eivotinjama: ekstremno kontrolirana prehrana u&nbsp;laboratoriju ili hranidba glodavaca kokosovim uljem ve\u0107inu \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U jednom specijalnom <a title=\"eksperiment\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/11606787\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">eksperimentu s mi\u0161evima<\/a>, rafinirano kokosovo ulje uspjelo je bolje od rafiniranog maslinovog ulja u vezi sa za\u0161titom prema tvrdnjenju arterija. Me\u0111utim bila je donesena velika primjedba: drugi eksperiment s mi\u0161evima u jednakoj je studiji pokazao gore rezultate kokosovog ulja nego maslinovog ulja. To, na\u017ealost, nitko ne zna, jer u&nbsp;<strong>produkciji ketona nije tako dobro kao \u010disto MCT ulje<\/strong>. Nemojte ih suditi tako <strong>brzo jer drugi dio o&nbsp;utjecaju na kolesterol va\u017ena je bilje\u0161ka.<\/strong> Prvi je prije znak narastaju\u0107eg nepovjerenja koje ljudi imaju prema zdravstvenim institucijama. Rezultati trebali bi se smatrati pozitivnom vije\u0161\u0107u jer se HDL op\u0107enito smatra <a title=\"Kokosovo ulje - studija\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/15198960\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">za\u0161titom protiv oboljenja srca<\/a>. Maslac ne mora biti tako lo\u0161 kao \u0161to puno ljudi o njemu misli, no nikakvo uvjerljivo istra\u017eivanje ne pokazuje da ima zna\u010dajno djelovanje na zdravlje srca (barem u usporedbi s ma\u0161\u0107u kao \u0161to je maslinovo ulje).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Osim toga, mi\u0161ljenja da \u201eHDL je dobar a&nbsp;LDL lo\u0161!\u201c<\/strong> veoma je pojednostavljeno. Dok niska razina HDL prethodnik je oboljenja srca, poku\u0161aji njegovog pove\u0107anja uzimanjem lijekova nisu uspjeli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>HDL jo\u0161 uvijek smatra se uzrokom<strong> sr\u010danih oboljenja, ali ne usmjeravajte se samo na taktiku pove\u0107avanja HDL<\/strong>. Oksidacija lipida, arterijalna upala i&nbsp;kalcifikacija sljede\u0107i su faktori koji dolaze u&nbsp;igru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"14_PROTIV_Kokosovo_ulje_za_LDL_izuzetno_je_negativno\"><\/span>14) PROTIV: Kokosovo ulje za LDL izuzetno je negativno<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako spomenete LDL, neki ljudi \u0107e Vas automatski prestati slu\u0161ati: <em>\u201eNe \u010dujem Vas, upali ste u zamku kolesterola dok sam ja pobjegao od ljutnje a bez sramote sam pojeo svoje \u010dokoladice od maslaca.\u201c<\/em> Me\u0111utim ovo mi\u0161ljenje je veoma negativno, jer istra\u017eivanje o regulaciji receptora LDL \u2013 oksidiranih lipida veoma je zanimljivo.  Zajedni\u010dka ideja je da se konzumacijom <a title=\"Ulja\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/ulja\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosovog ulja<\/a> \/ maslaca \/ bilo \u010dega, <strong>pove\u0107ava samo pozitivan LDL kolesterol a ne \u0161kodljiv, mali i gusti LDL kolesterol koji ulazi u vene.<\/strong> Ovdje imate veoma kratko obja\u0161njenje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-690356526.jpg\" alt=\"Kokosovo uleje - eksperiment\" width=\"843\" height=\"562\" title=\"Kokosovo uleje - eksperiment\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Endotelni razmaci dovoljno su veliki da se obje vrste<strong> LDL kolesterola neprimjetno infiltriraju u krv.<\/strong> Broj (koli\u010dina) kolesterola \u010dini se biti relativno <a title=\"Kolesterol - kokosove ulje \" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/17276177\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">ve\u0107om determinantom o\u0161te\u0107enja od veli\u010dine \u010destice<\/a>. Veli\u010dina ima \u010desto mali, \u010dak nikakav udio na upravljanju ostalih varijabli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim toga nitko ne zna koliko kokosovog ulja pove\u0107ava manju a&nbsp;koliko ve\u0107u vrstu LDL kolesterola. <strong>No to mo\u017eemo otprilike procijeniti pomo\u0107u triglycerid:HDL<\/strong> omjera kao mjerne jedinice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>S druge strane, kokosovo ulje uzrokovalo je <a title=\"Studija kokosovo ulje\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/7595099\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">smanjenje triglicerida u usporedbi s maslacem <\/a>i <a title=\"Studija kokosovo ulje\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/4025191\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">gove\u0111im mesom<\/a> u dvjema raznim studijama. <strong>Cjelokupni dokazi me\u0111utim nisu za kokosovo ulje nedvojbeni jer ne pobolj\u0161ava triglicerid<\/strong>e vi\u0161e od nezasi\u0107enog suncokretovog ulja. A dok su neke od zasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina spojene s vi\u0161im LDL kolesterolom, kokosovo ulje <a title=\"Studija kokosovo ulje\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/9583838\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\"> smjesa je masnih kiselin<\/a>a, koje su u ovoj studiji bile blagotvorne (miristinska kiselina i palmitinska kiselina, koje zajedno \u010dine otprilike \u010detvrtinu masti kokosovog ulja).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"15_ZA_Kokosovo_ulje_dobro_je_ulje_za_kuhanje\"><\/span>15) ZA: Kokosovo ulje dobro je ulje za kuhanje<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokosovo ulje <strong>nevjerojatno je zasi\u0107eno ulje na biljnoj bazi, a&nbsp;ova saturacija mu pru\u017ea prednosti kod kuhanja.<\/strong> Kuhanje obuhva\u0107a toplinu, a&nbsp;toplina se \u010desto spaja s&nbsp;kemijskim spojevima. No me\u0111utim kemijski spojevi u&nbsp;kokosovom ulju stabilniji su u&nbsp;usporedbi s&nbsp;ve\u0107inom ostalih ulja, dakle ne oksidiraju i&nbsp;ne polimeriziraju tako jednostavno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilje\u0161ka: Polimerizirana nezasi\u0107ena ulja su, upravo suprotno, idealna za pe\u010denje na <a title=\"Eksperiment kokosovo ulje\" href=\"https:\/\/examine.com\/nutrition\/are-cast-iron-pans-unsafe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">tavama od lijevanog \u017eeljeza<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-613139218.jpg\" alt=\"Kokosovo ulje za kuhanje\" width=\"843\" height=\"562\" title=\"Kokosovo ulje za kuhanje\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"16_PROTIV_Kokosovo_ulje_moze_imati_nisko_vreliste\"><\/span>16) PROTIV: Kokosovo ulje mo\u017ee imati nisko vreli\u0161te<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemojte koristiti <a title=\"Kokosovo ulje\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/ulja\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosovo ulje<\/a> za pr\u017eenje! Tropski ro\u0111ak kokosovog ulja, palmino ulje,<strong> stabilno je na temperaturi 235\u00b0C<\/strong>, kada nije rafinirano. To je pogodna temperatura za pr\u017eenje, dok vreli\u0161te 177\u00b0C kod <a title=\"Nerafiniranog kokosovog ulja\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5044790\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">nerafiniranog kokosovog ulja<\/a> potencijalno su producirani karcinogeni. Rafinirano kokosovo ulje <strong>mo\u017ee s druge strane biti pogodno<\/strong> za pr\u017eenje s krajnjom temperaturom 204\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"17_ZA_Kokosovo_ulje_nece_izgubiti_na_vrijednosti_kao_ostala_ulja\"><\/span>17) ZA: Kokosovo ulje ne\u0107e izgubiti na vrijednosti kao ostala ulja<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Predmetom <a title=\"Kokosovo ulje - studija\" href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/ajcn\/article\/85\/6\/1503\/4632990\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">novog nedavnog istra\u017eivanja <\/a> bile su visoko nezasi\u0107ene masti,<strong> kao naprimjer kukuruzno ulje.<\/strong> \u0160to vi\u0161e je mast poli-nezasi\u0107ena, to lak\u0161e za vrijeme<strong> kuhanja gubi na vrijednosti ili blago izgubi na vrijednosti ako je djelomi\u010dno oksidirana u na\u0161em tijelu.<\/strong> U studiji s ru\u017ei\u010dastim kukuruznim uljem 1960. godine pokazalo se da nadomje\u0161tavanje \u017eivotinjskih masti kukuruznim uljem zapravo zna\u010dajno je pove\u0107alo broj smrti na sr\u010dani infarkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Glavna poruka utemeljena je <strong>na tome da utjecaj masti na jedan ili vi\u0161e indirektnih parametara<\/strong> (HDL, LDL, adhezija itd.)&nbsp;ne uvijek odra\u017eava krajnji efekat ulja. Nije vjerojatno da \u0107emo probavati dugotrajnije eksperimente s&nbsp;visokim dozama odre\u0111enih masti, dakle moramo se oslanjati na rezultate koje su otkrili znanstvenici u pro\u0161losti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/iStock-864303888.jpg\" alt=\"Kokosovo ulje ne\u0107e izgubiti na vrijednosti kao ostala ulja\" width=\"843\" height=\"562\" title=\"Kokosovo ulje ne\u0107e izgubiti na vrijednosti kao ostala ulja\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"18_ZA_Kokosovo_ulje_je_antimikrobijalno\"><\/span>18) ZA: Kokosovo ulje je antimikrobijalno<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok laurinska kiselina ne mora biti<strong> MCT sastojak o&nbsp;kojem ste uvijek sanjali<\/strong> (vi\u0161e informacija na\u0107i \u0107ete pod to\u010dkom 8), njezin je u\u010dinak jednak prirodnom antimikrobijalnom sredstvu. To je djelomice i&nbsp;zbog toga \u0161to antivirusni, antibakterijalni spoj monolaurin tvoren je laurinskom kiselinom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Neki od potencijalnih doprinosa ve\u0107inom su u <strong>podru\u010dju privr\u017eenika prirodnih medicinskih sredstava<\/strong> \u2013 naprimjer sapiranje usta kokosovim uljem mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i sprje\u010davati <a title=\"Kokosovo ulje\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5109859\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">oboljenja sinusa<\/a> <strong>zahvaljuju\u0107i antibakterijalnim svojstvima<\/strong> (iako su dokazi u ovom slu\u010daju veoma ograni\u010deni). Monolaurin se tako\u0111er koristi u mnogim komercijalnim proizvodima za sprje\u010davanje rasta mikroorganizama, a tako\u0111er ne \u010dini se da bi bio spojen s <a title=\"Kokosovo ulje je antimikrobijalno\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/17966176\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">mikrobijalnom rezistencijom na antibiotike<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoji tako\u0111er mnogo potencijalnih u\u010dinaka kokosovog ulja<strong> koji poma\u017eu kod poreme\u0107aja crijeva posredstvom mikrobijalne kontrole<\/strong>, ali istra\u017eivanja su ograni\u010dena samo na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27303684\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">\u017eivotinjske modele<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"19_ZA_Kokosovo_ulje_dobro_je_za_kozu_lica_i_kosu\"><\/span>19) ZA: Kokosovo ulje dobro je za ko\u017eu lica i kosu<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Indijanske bakice op\u0107enito su poznate time da su razmazivale svoju kosu kokosovim uljem. Zaista vrijedi da kokosovo ulje mo\u017ee <a title=\"Studija kokosovo ulje\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/12715094\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">sprije\u010diti o\u0161te\u0107enje kose<\/a>. Ima <strong>unikatnu kombinaciju relativno kratkih lanaca molekula koji su tako\u0111er linearni<\/strong> (tzv. zasi\u0107eni) \u0161to kokosovom ulju omogu\u0107ava pre\u0107i u jezgru kose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kokosovo ulje mo\u017ee tako\u0111er biti korisno za <a title=\"Studija kokosovo ulje\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/15724344\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">drsku i ljuskastu ko\u017eu<\/a>.
