Cinci din \u0219apte pacien\u021bi<b> au prezentat niveluri ridicate de HDL<\/b>. Aceste rezultate ar trebui s\u0103 fie considerate o veste bun\u0103, deoarece HDL este \u00een general considerat a fi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/15198960\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">o protec\u021bie \u00eempotriva bolilor de inim\u0103<\/a>. Astfel putem spune c\u0103 untul nu este a\u0219a de r\u0103u precum spun mul\u021bi oameni dar nicio <b>cercetare conving\u0103toare nu arat\u0103<\/b> c\u0103 are un <b>efect semnificativ asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii inimii<\/b> (<i>cel pu\u021bin \u00een compara\u021bie cu gr\u0103simea din uleiul de m\u0103sline).<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, ideea de<b> &#8220;HDL este bun \u0219i LDL r\u0103u!<\/b>&#8221; este prea simplificat\u0103. \u00cen timp ce colesterolul HDL sc\u0103zut previne bolile de inim\u0103, \u00eencerc\u0103rile pentru a asigura cre\u0219terea lui prin luarea de medicamente au e\u0219uat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>HDL \u00een continuare este considerat \u00eenc\u0103 cauza bolilor de inim\u0103, dar nu v\u0103 concentra\u021bi doar asupra cre\u0219terii HDL. Dar putem estima aproximativ cu trigliceride: raportul HDL ca unitate de m\u0103sur\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, uleiul de cocos a dus la o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/7595099\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">sc\u0103dere a trigliceridelor \u00een compara\u021bie cu untul <\/a>\u0219i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/4025191\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">carnea de vit\u0103<\/a> \u00een dou\u0103 studii diferite.
