Nes\u00fa\u010fte ich tak r\u00fdchlo, preto\u017ee <strong>druh\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 o vplyve na cholesterol je d\u00f4le\u017eitou pozn\u00e1mkou.<\/strong> Prv\u00e9 je sk\u00f4r zn\u00e1mkou zvy\u0161uj\u00facej sa ned\u00f4very, ktor\u00fa maj\u00fa \u013eudia vo\u010di zdravotn\u00edckym organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1m. V\u00fdsledky by sa mali pova\u017eova\u0165 za dobr\u00fa spr\u00e1vu, preto\u017ee HDL je v\u0161eobecne pova\u017eovan\u00e9 za&nbsp;<a title=\"Kokosov\u00fd olej ako ochranca srdca\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/15198960\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">ochranu proti ochoreniu srdca<\/a>. Zatia\u013e \u010do n\u00edzka hladina HDL je predchodcom ochorenia srdca, pokusy o jeho zv\u00fd\u0161enie po\u017eit\u00edm liekov zlyhali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>HDL sa st\u00e1le pova\u017euje za pr\u00ed\u010dinu srdcov\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed, ale nezameriavajte sa len na taktiku zvy\u0161ovania HDL. Oxid\u00e1cia lipidov, <strong>arteri\u00e1lny z\u00e1pal a kalcifik\u00e1cia s\u00fa \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi faktormi<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 vstupuj\u00fa do hry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"14_PROTI_Kokosovy_olej_je_pre_LDL_vyslovene_negativny\"><\/span>14) PROTI: Kokosov\u00fd olej je pre LDL vyslovene negat\u00edvny<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak spomeniete LDL, niektor\u00ed \u013eudia v\u00e1s automaticky prestan\u00fa po\u010d\u00fava\u0165: &#8220;Nepo\u010dujem v\u00e1s, padli ste do pasce cholesterolu, zatia\u013e \u010do ja som unikol hnevu a bez hanby som zjedol svoje maslov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky\u201d. Tento pr\u00edstup je v\u0161ak ve\u013emi negat\u00edvny, preto\u017ee<strong> v\u00fdskum o regul\u00e1cii receptorov LDL &#8211; oxidovan\u00fdch lipidov je ve\u013emi zauj\u00edmav\u00fd<\/strong>.
