Kdybychom m\u011bli stanovit n\u011bjakou definici, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m lenost p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, vypadala by asi n\u011bjak takto:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201e\u010clov\u011bk je l\u00edn\u00fd, pokud je schopn\u00fd vykon\u00e1vat ur\u010ditou \u010dinnost, kter\u00e9 by se m\u011bl v\u011bnovat, ale nen\u00ed ochoten vynalo\u017eit pro to dostate\u010dn\u011b velk\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed. Tuto \u010dinnost tak d\u011bl\u00e1 bu\u010f jen povrchov\u011b, nebo se v\u011bnuje jin\u00e9, m\u00e9n\u011b nudn\u00e9 aktivit\u011b, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b ned\u011bl\u00e1 nic.\u201c <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[1]<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vid\u00edte se v tom? Vynalo\u017eit \u00fasil\u00ed na cokoliv jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e na akutn\u00ed kr\u00e1tkodobou v\u00fdhodu pro n\u011b nem\u011blo smysl a <strong>mohlo je to st\u00e1t \u017eivot.<\/strong> Aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed touha, kter\u00e1 se u nich objevila, vedla k okam\u017eit\u00e9 akci. Nebojujeme o p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed a k <strong>nejlep\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm vede dlouhodob\u00e1 strategick\u00e1 \u010dinnost.<\/strong> P\u0159esto m\u00e1me v sob\u011b instinktivn\u011b zak\u00f3dovan\u00e9, \u017ee se sna\u017e\u00edme energii \u0161et\u0159it. Pro organismus je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, nebo\u0165 mu pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt. Uspokojen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 po aktivit\u011b c\u00edt\u00edme, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry n\u00e1vykov\u00e9. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se chceme <strong>dan\u00e9 \u010dinnosti op\u011bt v\u011bnovat.<\/strong> T\u00edm se ov\u0161em dost\u00e1v\u00e1me k j\u00e1dru probl\u00e9mu. Pocity po ur\u010dit\u00fdch aktivit\u00e1ch jsou n\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. P\u0159esto v\u0161ak <strong>m\u016f\u017eeme m\u00edt mnohdy probl\u00e9m donutit se k dan\u00e9 \u010dinnosti,<\/strong> proto\u017ee se n\u00e1m prost\u011b nechce. Sami to jist\u011b zn\u00e1te. Pohyb je p\u0159irozenou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u017eivota, v\u00edte, \u017ee ten pocit po cvi\u010den\u00ed je fakt skv\u011bl\u00fd, ale stejn\u011b nedok\u00e1\u017eete vst\u00e1t z gau\u010de a za\u010d\u00edt. Jak je to mo\u017en\u00e9?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Odpov\u011b\u010f na tuto ot\u00e1zku se sna\u017eili zjistit v\u011bdci sv\u00fdm pokusem. Na lidech by byl bohu\u017eel v takov\u00e9m \u010dasov\u00e9m horizontu nerealizovateln\u00fd, a nav\u00edc by do hry vstupovalo mnoho vedlej\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f. V\u00fdzkum byl tedy proveden na my\u0161\u00edch. V\u011bdci je rozd\u011blili do <strong>dvou skupin \u2013 jedna b\u011bhala v\u00edce, druh\u00e1 m\u00e9n\u011b.<\/strong> Zjistili, \u017ee je\u0161t\u011b po 10 generac\u00edch <strong>potomci aktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch my\u0161\u00ed b\u011bhali o 75 % v\u00edce<\/strong> ne\u017e potomci m\u00e9n\u011b aktivn\u00edch. Rozd\u00edly m\u016f\u017eeme pozorovat i po 16 generac\u00edch, kdy potomci aktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch my\u0161\u00ed b\u011bhali ka\u017ed\u00fd den 7 mil a potomci m\u00e9n\u011b aktivn\u00edch pouze 4 m\u00edle. Stejn\u011b tak maj\u00ed ov\u0161em vliv i na to, <strong>jak moc prahneme po aktivit\u011b,<\/strong> co\u017e vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 i z uveden\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu na my\u0161\u00edch. Ty, kter\u00e9 byly aktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, m\u011bly rozvinut\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dopaminov\u00fd syst\u00e9m a tak\u00e9 centra zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za motivaci. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledkem bylo, \u017ee <strong>stejn\u011b jako narkoman pot\u0159ebuje drogu, my\u0161i pot\u0159ebovaly pohyb.<\/strong> Genetika ov\u0161em do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry ovliv\u0148uje i na\u0161e vlastnosti, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad sklony k impulzivit\u011b, prokrastinaci, pracovn\u00ed mor\u00e1lce \u010di lenosti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 lenost m\u016f\u017ee do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry souviset s <strong>mutac\u00ed tzv. Couch Potato genu,<\/strong> kter\u00fd reguluje \u00farove\u0148 na\u0161\u00ed aktivity a je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed typ dopaminov\u00e9ho receptoru. Kdybychom tento receptor v\u016fbec nem\u011bli, cel\u00e9 dny bychom jenom prosed\u011bli a obecn\u011b bychom toho d\u011blali m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u011b funguj\u00edc\u00ed gen. <span style=\"color:#ff6600\" class=\"tadv-color\">[5\u20138]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak vid\u00edte, touha po aktivit\u011b nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt nutn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e1 jen na v\u00e1s. Do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry <strong>hraje roli i genetika a zak\u00f3dovan\u00e9 instinkty.<\/strong> To v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee se sm\u00ed\u0159\u00edme s t\u00edm, \u017ee jsme l\u00edn\u00ed.
