Potje\u010de iz Kine, gdje ve\u0107 2000 godina spada u <strong>najtra\u017eeniju teku\u0107inu odmah nakon vode<\/strong>. Me\u0111utim, u posljednje vrijeme se na tr\u017ei\u0161tu <strong>udoma\u0107io i kao suplement Green Tea <\/strong>u obliku ekstrakta listova zelenog \u010daja. Zbog svoje \u0161iroke potro\u0161nje nije ni \u010dudo \u0161to je <strong>zeleni \u010daj pro\u0161ao nekoliko stru\u010dnih studija <\/strong>koje su potvrdile njegove u\u010dinke na pobolj\u0161anje zdravlja. Primarno <strong>u\u010dinkoviti su katehini <\/strong>koje sadr\u017ei green tea. Razlika izme\u0111u njih je u na\u010dinu obrade. I to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>nefermentirani zeleni \u010daj<\/strong> koji se proizvodi su\u0161enjem i parenjem svje\u017eih listova kako bi se deaktivirali enzimi koji se zovu polifenoli. To poma\u017ee u sprje\u010davanju oksidacije i fermentacije nekih klju\u010dnih spojeva u \u010daju koji imaju u\u010dinke na zdravlje.<\/li><li><strong>fermentirani crni \u010daj<\/strong> prije su\u0161enja i parenja prolazi kroz cijelu fazu fermentacije. Ona dovodi do izrazito pove\u0107ane oksidacije i posljedi\u010dnog smanjenja kona\u010dne koncentracije nekih klju\u010dnih zdravstvenih tvari.<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">&nbsp;[2]<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sastav_zelenog_caja\"><\/span>Sastav zelenog \u010daja<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/sagorijevac-masti-green-tea-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Zeleni \u010daj<\/a> u usporedbi s crnim \u010dajem ima visok sadr\u017eaj <strong>prirodno jakih antioksidansa<\/strong> polifenola. I to konkretno njihove <strong>najra\u0161irenije skupine flavonoidnih spojeva<\/strong>. Postoji mnogo vrsta flavonoida, me\u0111utim u zelenom \u010daju se <strong>najvi\u0161e nalazi visoka koncentracija katehina<\/strong>. Sadr\u017ei <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/kofeini\" class=\"ek-link\">kofein<\/a>, teanin, vitamine C, B2, E, beta karoten, folnu kiselinu, saponine, gama-aminomasla\u010dne kiseline GABA, minerale <\/strong>kao \u0161to su kalij, kalcij, fosfor, mangan i klorofil. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4] <\/span>Prisutnost kofeina u zelenom \u010daju ovisi o proizvo\u0111a\u010du.
