Zatim od bjelanjaka napravimo <strong>\u010dvrsti snijeg. <\/strong>U me\u0111uvremenu u zdjelici <strong>pomije\u0161amo <\/strong>bra\u0161no od badema, bra\u0161no od kokosa, banane, datulje, sodu bikarbonu i pra\u0161ak za pecivo zajedno s espressom. Smjesu dobro <strong>izmiksamo mikserom <\/strong>u glatku masu u koju postepeno dodajemo snijeg. Gotovo tijesto <strong>izlijemo u formu <\/strong>za pripremu kuglofa.
