Utje\u010de na rast mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna od najnovijih studija usmjerena je na u\u010dinke betaina na sporta\u0161e provedena je na Sveu\u010dili\u0161tu Springfield. 6 tjedana su dvije skupine sporta\u0161a izvodile periodi\u010dni program treninga snage.
