U tijelu ima nekoliko \u017elijezda, poput <strong>\u0161titne \u017elijezde<\/strong>, <strong>gu\u0161tera\u010de<\/strong> ili <strong>testisa i jajnika<\/strong>. Oni proizvode specifi\u010dne hormone \u010diji je posao <strong>preno\u0161enje informacija<\/strong> na odre\u0111eni dio tijela. <strong>Oni putuju krvotokom<\/strong> do odre\u0111enih dijelova tijela kako bi &#8220;<strong>naredili&#8221; odre\u0111enom tkivu<\/strong> &#8220;kada, \u0161to i koliko dugo.&#8221; Njihova aktivnost vrlo je va\u017ena za organizam, sudjeluju u nekoliko procesa, a njihovo lo\u0161e funkcioniranje mo\u017ee imati ozbiljne posljedice. Va\u017eni hormoni uklju\u010duju testosteron i progesteron, koji nisu jedini hormoni odgovorni za mu\u0161ku i \u017eensku plodnost<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1] [2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">Testosteron<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>Testosteron<\/strong> je hormon koji se \u010desto smatra isklju\u010divo mu\u0161kim, ali male koli\u010dine testosterona prisutne su <strong>tako\u0111er<\/strong> i kod <strong>\u017eena<\/strong>. To su hormoni klasificirani kao <strong>androgeni<\/strong>, odnosno skupina hormona koji utje\u010du na <strong>seksualni \u017eivot<\/strong>, <strong>osjetljivost na inzulin<\/strong>, ali i na <strong>tjelesnu strukturu<\/strong> i <strong>metabolizam<\/strong><\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[3] [4]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Povijest zdravstvene promocije hormona testosterona je du\u017ea nego \u0161to mislite. Prvo, bio je dio <strong>&#8220;Eliksira \u017eivota&#8221;<\/strong> predstavljenog na znanstvenoj konferenciji u <strong>Parizu 1889<\/strong>. godine. Bila je to izvanredna supstanca koja pobolj\u0161ava <strong>mentalno i fizi\u010dko zdravlje<\/strong>. Ovo moderno \u010dudo bilo je mje\u0161avina sjemena, krvi i teku\u0107ine iz testisa pasa i morskih svinja. Tko zna kako bi kupci reagirali na takvu kombinaciju danas.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[9]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Testosteron u pravoj koli\u010dini je klju\u010dan za \u010dovjeka jer utje\u010de ne samo na <strong>seksualnu \u017eelju i proizvodnju sperme<\/strong>. Tako\u0111er kontrolira <strong>raspodjelu masti<\/strong>, <strong>ko\u0161tanu masu<\/strong>, <strong>proizvodnju crvenih krvnih stanica<\/strong> i vrlo va\u017enu funkciju &#8211; <strong>veli\u010dinu i snagu mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/strong>. Nastaje uglavnom u <strong>spolnim \u017elijezdama<\/strong>, kod mu\u0161karaca u <strong>testisima<\/strong> i kod \u017eena u <strong>jajnicima<\/strong>. <strong>Leydigove stanice<\/strong> u testisima prvenstveno su odgovorne za proizvodnju testosterona kod mu\u0161karaca. Osim toga, mali udio testosterona proizvodi se u <strong>oba spola<\/strong> i u <strong>nadbubre\u017enoj \u017elijezdi<\/strong>. Testosteron je klju\u010dan za mu\u0161karce, jer je <strong>prisutan u proizvodnji sperme<\/strong>, a njegov nedostatak mo\u017ee izazvati <strong>mu\u0161ku neplodnost<\/strong>. Iako je testosteron prvenstveno povezan sa seksualnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u i plodno\u0161\u0107u, \u010dlanak \u0107e se usredoto\u010diti na njegovu <strong>va\u017enost za mi\u0161i\u0107nu masu<\/strong><\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[4] [5]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/testoster_n_a_rast_svalov-min.png\" alt=\"testosteron i njegova funkcija\" style=\"width:843px;height:562px\" title=\"testosteron i njegova funkcija\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">Progesteron<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>Progesteron<\/strong> je \u017eenski hormon koji pripada <strong>steroidnim hormonima<\/strong> koji se nazivaju <strong>progestogeni<\/strong>. To je jedan od dva \u017eenska spolna hormona, to\u010dnije onaj manje poznati, jer <strong>estrogen<\/strong> je vjerojatno poznat i mu\u0161karcima. Progesteron se proizvodi u jajnicima, uglavnom u dijelu koji se naziva <strong><em>corpus luteum<\/em><\/strong>, tijekom druge polovice menstrualnog ciklusa. Corpus luteum je <strong>privremena \u017elijezda<\/strong> slomljenog folikula jajnika. Mo\u017eda zvu\u010di malo tehni\u010dko, ali ovaj folikul omotava jaja\u0161ce koje se osloba\u0111a tijekom ovulacije.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6] [7] [8]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>Progesteron<\/strong> se primarno proizvodi <strong>u jajnicima<\/strong>, ali mogu ga stvarati i <strong>nadbubre\u017ene \u017elijezde i placenta<\/strong>. Njegova funkcija u \u017eenskom tijelu je <strong>reguliranje menstruacije i podr\u017eavanje ranih faza trudno\u0107e<\/strong>. Progesteron tako\u0111er <strong>priprema tijelo za trudno\u0107u<\/strong>, pod uvjetom da je jaje oplo\u0111eno. Mo\u017eda \u0107ete se iznenaditi, ali <strong>progesteron<\/strong> nije isklju\u010divo \u017eenska privilegija, <strong>ve\u0107 nastaje i u mu\u0161kom tijelu<\/strong>, to\u010dnije u <strong>nadbubre\u017enoj \u017elijezdi<\/strong>. Funkcija progesterona u mu\u0161karaca povezana je s <strong>razvojem sperme<\/strong>. To mo\u017ee uklju\u010divati \u200b\u200b<strong>porast masti<\/strong> i ukupne <strong>te\u017eine<\/strong>, <strong>neosjetljivost na inzulin<\/strong>, pove\u0107anu u\u010destalost bolesti povezanih s <strong>razinom glukoze u krvi<\/strong> ili <strong>smanjenje utro\u0161ka kalorija<\/strong>. Iz toga slijedi da testosteron ima zna\u010dajan utjecaj na <strong>funkcioniranje mu\u0161kog metabolizma.<\/strong> Testosteron ima utjecaj na <strong>rast mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase<\/strong>, \u0161to je korisno za pove\u0107anje snage i kontrolu nad tjelesnom te\u017einom.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[9] [10]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"547\" height=\"1002\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-216923\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image-5.png 547w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image-5-218x400.png 218w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 547px) 100vw, 547px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Studija iz 1989. godine ispitala je utjecaj <strong>testosterona<\/strong> na <strong>mi\u0161i\u0107nu masu<\/strong> i <strong>sintezu<\/strong> <strong>mi\u0161i\u0107nih proteina<\/strong> davanjem <strong>enantata testosterona<\/strong> devetorici sudionika tijekom 12 tjedana. Prema rezultatima, testosteron je pove\u0107ao sintezu proteina kod svih ispitanika u prosjeku <strong>za 27%<\/strong>. Istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da <strong>testosteron uzrokuje pove\u0107anje mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase<\/strong> zbog pove\u0107anja sinteze mi\u0161i\u0107nih proteina.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[11]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Prema studiji iz 2001. godine, dodatak testosterona mo\u017ee <strong>pove\u0107ati mi\u0161i\u0107nu masu<\/strong> kod mu\u0161karaca s niskom razinom testosterona. Tako\u0111er se navodi da nije jasno mo\u017ee li njegova nadopuna pobolj\u0161ati kvalitetu \u017eivota povezanu sa zdravljem. Testosteron pove\u0107ava <strong>maksimalnu mi\u0161i\u0107nu snagu<\/strong> ovisno o dozi, \u0161to u kona\u010dnici mo\u017ee imati zna\u010daj u slu\u010daju <strong>powerliftinga<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Istovremeno, treba dodati da zna\u010daj testosterona za pobolj\u0161anje performansi tijekom izdr\u017eljivih aktivnosti <strong>nije dokazan<\/strong>. Stoga nema sumnje da je testosteron va\u017ean za izgradnju mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase. Tako\u0111er je zanimljivo napomenuti da su <strong>mehanizmi<\/strong> pomo\u0107u kojih testosteron poti\u010de izgradnju mi\u0161i\u0107a <strong>nepoznati<\/strong>.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[12]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Testosteron u tijelu utje\u010de na nekoliko procesa; osim \u0161to pove\u0107ava mi\u0161i\u0107nu masu, tako\u0111er ima utjecaj i na <strong>kontrolu te\u017eine<\/strong>. To dokazuju rezultati studije iz 2014. koja je ispitivala <strong>va\u017enost lije\u010denja testosterona kod pretilih mu\u0161karaca s prekomjernom te\u017einom<\/strong>. Cilj je bio pojednostavniti <strong>pobolj\u0161anje tjelesne strukture, konstantni gubitak kilograma<\/strong>, ali i pove\u0107anje mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase i gubitak sadr\u017eaja masti.&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[20]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema rezultatima, terapija testosteronom u\u010dinkovit je na\u010din <strong>gubitka kilograma<\/strong> kod pretilih mu\u0161karaca s nedostatkom testosterona. Ova metoda lije\u010denja omogu\u0107ava zna\u010dajan i odr\u017eiv na\u010din <strong>redukcije tjelesne te\u017eine, smanjenja opsega struka<\/strong> i BMI ili <strong>smanjenja udjela masti i pove\u0107anja mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> <span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[20]<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Utjecaj progesterona na <strong>rast mi\u0161i\u0107a kod \u017eena u postmenopauzi<\/strong> dokazan je u studiji iz 2013. godine. Prema studiji, tako\u0111er je <strong>pove\u0107ana aktivnost gena<\/strong> (MYOD1), koji je koristan za <strong>izgradnju mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/strong>. Istra\u017eivanje je imalo za cilj procijeniti utjecaj spolnih hormona na sintezu mi\u0161i\u0107nih proteina i ekspresiju gena na \u010dimbenike koji reguliraju rast. U istra\u017eivanje su bile uklju\u010dene \u017eene, prije i nakon menopauze. <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[13] [14]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Prema studiji iz 1982. godine, progesteron utje\u010de <strong>na metabolizam makronutrijenata<\/strong>. Dovodi do <strong>hiperinzulinemije<\/strong>, a istodobno poti\u010de <strong>pohranu glikogena u jetri<\/strong>. Hiperinsulinemija je stanje u kojem je <strong>razina inzulina u krvi vi\u0161a<\/strong> od normalne. Taj \u0107e u\u010dinak vjerojatno nastati zbog Langerhansovih oto\u010di\u0107a \u2013 oto\u010di\u0107a gu\u0161tera\u010de. Progesteron <strong>smanjuje utjecaj inzulina<\/strong> na metabolizam glukoze u skeletnim mi\u0161i\u0107ima i masnom tkivu. Ono \u0161to je najva\u017enije, ima kataboli\u010dki u\u010dinak na metabolizam proteina i <strong>poti\u010de skladi\u0161tenje tjelesne masti.<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[16] [17]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Poput <strong>testosterona za mu\u0161karce<\/strong>, <strong>progesteron<\/strong> je dominantniji hormon <strong>za \u017eene<\/strong>. Me\u0111utim, istina je da <strong>i mu\u0161karci tako\u0111er trebaju progesteron<\/strong>, jer je svojevrsni &#8220;pandan&#8221; i poma\u017ee <strong>djelovati protiv estrogena<\/strong> u mu\u0161kom tijelu. Izme\u0111u ostalog, <strong>prethodnik je testosterona<\/strong> i <strong>smanjuje se s godinama<\/strong> s testosteronom, dok razina estrogena raste. Njegov nedostatak kod \u017eena mo\u017ee se o\u010ditovati <strong>depresijom, umorom<\/strong> ili <strong>gubitkom mi\u0161i\u0107a i niskim libidom<\/strong>. Kod mu\u0161karaca s nedostatkom progesterona <strong>pove\u0107ani su rizici<\/strong> za nekoliko bolesti, poput <strong>osteoporoze, artritisa<\/strong> ili <strong>raka prostate<\/strong>.
