<strong>brokulu<\/strong> <strong>skuhajte<\/strong> <strong>odvojeno<\/strong> u slanoj vodi. Brokula se br\u017ee kuha. Kad su glavice <strong>mekane, nare\u017eite ih na sitne komade.<\/strong> Cvjeta\u010di dodajte <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/brasno\">bra\u0161no<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-psyllium-gymbeam.html\">psyllium<\/a><\/strong>,<strong> per\u0161in, jaje, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-sjemenke-smedeg-lana-vanavita.html\">sjemenke lana<\/a>, protisnuti \u010de\u0161njak i za\u010dine.<\/strong> U drugoj posudi pripremite <strong>smjesu<\/strong> od <strong>brokule.<\/strong> Nasjeckanoj <strong>brokuli dodajte cheddar sir, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/brasno\">bra\u0161no<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/bio-psyllium-gymbeam.html\">psyllium<\/a>, jaja, senf i za\u010dine. Obje smjese dobro promije\u0161ajte da se svi sastojci sjedine. Ako vam se smjesa \u010dini previ\u0161e teku\u0107om, dodajte malo psylliuma ili bra\u0161na.
