Zaradi podobne situacije <strong>je bil tudi karnitin napa\u010dno uvr\u0161\u010den na seznam.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kaj_je_karnitin\"><\/span>Kaj je karnitin?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Karnitin je amonijeva spojina, ki ima svoje <strong>funkcije pri presnovi sesalcev, rastlin in bakterij.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Karnitin se v na\u0161em telesu nahaja v vsaki celici<\/strong> in njegova glavna naloga je <strong>prenos ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin v mitohondrije.<\/strong> Poleg tega <strong>odstranjuje ostanke in \u0161kodljive snovi<\/strong> iz mitohondrijev, katerih klju\u010dna funkcija je <strong>proizvodnja energije<\/strong> za delovanje celic. Organizem ustvarja <strong>karnitin iz dveh aminokislin<\/strong> &#8211; lizina in metionina. Leta 1905 je dvema ruskima raziskovalcema <strong>prvi\u010d uspelo izolirati karnitin iz mesa.<\/strong> Na podlagi tega <strong>je nastalo tudi njegovo ime.<\/strong> Ime izvira iz latinske besede <strong><em>carnus<\/em>, kar pomeni meso.&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [3] [4] [6]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Karnitin najdemo v \u0161tirih oblikah&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [5]<\/span>:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a title=\"L-karnitin\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/l-karnitini\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">L-karnitin<\/a> &#8211; <strong>najpogostej\u0161a oblika<\/strong>, ki je sestavina prehranskih dopolnil za \u0161portnike in pomaga pri regeneraciji mi\u0161ic po vadbi.<\/li><li><strong>acetil-L-karnitin<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>naju\u010dinkovitej\u0161a oblika za mo\u017egane,<\/strong> koristna za ljudi z nevrodegenerativnimi boleznimi.<\/li><li><strong>propionil-L-karnitin<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>uporaben je pri te\u017eavah z obto\u010dili<\/strong>, kot so bolezni \u017eil in visok krvni tlak. V\u010dasih so ga napa\u010dno uvr\u0161\u010dali med aminokisline, vendar je <strong>spojina, podobna vitaminu ali aminokislini<\/strong>, ki je opredeljena kot vitamin skupine B. V petdesetih letih prej\u0161njega stoletja je bil L-karnitin prvi\u010d znanstveno analiziran in <strong>imenovan kot vitamin BT. <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span lang=\"SL\">L-karnitin je shranjen v celem telesu,<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"SL\"> ve\u010dinoma pa ga najdemo v mi\u0161icah in mo\u017eganih. Zelo pomemben je za mi\u0161i\u010dno tkivo, saj laj\u0161a utrujenost in bole\u010dine v mi\u0161icah, prispeva pa tudi k pretoku krvi in regeneraciji mi\u0161i\u010dnega tkiva. Zahvaljujo\u010d 4 klju\u010dnim lastnostim je eno najbolj priljubljenih prehranskih dopolnil.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">1. Topi ma\u0161\u010dobe kot gorivo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\"><a title=\"L-karnitin\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/l-karnitini\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">L-karnitin<\/span><\/a> in njegovi <strong>u\u010dinki na pove\u010danje uspe\u0161nosti \u0161portnikov<\/strong> so bili predmet ve\u010d znanstvenih raziskav. Raziskava na Univerzi v Nottinghamu je <strong>sledila dvema skupinama \u0161portnikov.<\/strong> Prva skupina je v 24 urah vsake \u0161tiri ure zau\u017eila 2 g L-karnitina skupaj z 80 g ogljikovih hidratov z visoko vsebnostjo glukoze. Druga skupina je jedla samo ogljikove hidrate. <strong>Rezultati so pokazali razlike v zmogljivosti<\/strong> pri kolesarjenju, tako pri nizki kot visoki intenzivnosti kolesarjenja.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span lang=\"SL\">Uporabniki karnitina so med po\u010dasnim kolesarjenjem pokurili za 55% manj mi\u0161i\u010dnega tkiva<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"SL\">, medtem ko so pove\u010dali sposobnost telesa, da <strong>pokuri 55% ma\u0161\u010dobe.&nbsp;<\/strong>Pri visoki intenzivnosti kolesarjenja je imela skupina, ki je uporabljala karnitin, ni\u017ejo raven mle\u010dne kisline in ve\u010djo koli\u010dino kreatin fosfata, ki tvori ATP. Adenozin trifosfat je glavni<strong> vir energije pri telesni aktivnosti.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">2. Izbolj\u0161uje odpornost proti utrujenosti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Raziskava v Nottinghamu je med kolesarskim testom merila tudi <strong>odpornost proti utrujenosti<\/strong>. Preiskovanci, ki so u\u017eivali L-karnitin, <strong>so lahko kolesarili za 25% dlje.<\/strong> Razlog za bolj\u0161e rezultate je bilo kurjenje ma\u0161\u010dob ob <strong>ohranjanju mi\u0161i\u010dnega glikogena.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">3. Zmanj\u0161uje bole\u010dine v mi\u0161icah in pospe\u0161uje regeneracijo mi\u0161ic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Ve\u010d \u0161tudij je <strong>potrdilo u\u010dinke L-karnitina na regeneracijo mi\u0161ic. <\/strong>\u017de 1-2 g odmerek dnevno je bistveno <strong>zmanj\u0161al po\u0161kodbe mi\u0161ic<\/strong> in pripomogel k njihovi regeneraciji po naporni vadbi. Dokazano je bilo, da <a title=\"L-karnitin - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/l-karnitini\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">L-karnitin<\/span><\/a> <strong>laj\u0161a bole\u010dine<\/strong> po vadbi pri zdravih in aktivnih ljudeh. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\">4. Uravnava pretok krvi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Klju\u010dna zna\u010dilnost L-karnitina ni samo sposobnost kurjenja ma\u0161\u010dob, ampak tudi <strong>izbolj\u0161anje perfuzije mi\u0161ic.<\/strong>&nbsp;Bolj\u0161i pretok krvi pomeni <strong>bolj\u0161o oskrbo s hranili in hormoni<\/strong>, ki so potrebni med vadbo.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Raziskave so pokazale, da <strong>ima karnitin tudi druge koristi.<\/strong>&nbsp;U\u010dinkovit je v prepre\u010devanju bolezni, izbolj\u0161uje tudi mo\u017egansko aktivnost, zni\u017euje krvni tlak in laj\u0161a vnetne procese, povezane s sr\u010dnimi boleznimi.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[5]<\/span>&nbsp;<strong>Ali \u017eelite izvedeti ve\u010d o L-karnitinu?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/lr-8873.JPG\" alt=\"Vpliv L-karnitina na \u0161portnike\" width=\"843\" height=\"562\" title=\"Vpliv L-karnitina na \u0161portnike\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Je_karnitin_skodljiv\"><\/span>Je karnitin \u0161kodljiv?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Leta 2013 so mediji poro\u010dali, da lahko priljubljen <strong>karnitin povzro\u010di kardiovaskularne bolezni<\/strong>. Novinarji so se sklicevali na \u0161tudijo, ki je bila objavljena v reviji Nature Medicine, <strong>vendar so bili sklepi, predstavljeni v medijih, druga\u010dni<\/strong> kot sklepi raziskave.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Kak\u0161ni so bili strahovi, povezani s karnitinom, in <strong>kaj natan\u010dneje je ugotovila \u0161tudija?&nbsp;<\/strong>Zavajanje medijev je temeljilo na dveh informacijah&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>poskusi na mi\u0161ih<\/strong> &#8211; pri eni vrsti mi\u0161i so ugotovili, da karnitin spodbuja razvoj ateroskleroze. Pri prebavi proizvaja snov, imenovano trimetilamin-N-oksid (TMAO), ki po\u0161koduje srce.<\/li><li><strong>primerjalna \u0161tudija<\/strong> &#8211; v raziskavo je bilo vklju\u010denih 2595 udele\u017eencev, pri katerih so ob uporabi karnitina merili morebitno pojavnost sr\u010dnih bolezni in vi\u0161ji krvni tlak. Rezultati so pokazali vi\u0161jo pogostost sr\u010dnih napadov.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span lang=\"SL\">Zakaj noben od razlogov <strong>ni dokazal \u0161kodljivosti karnitina?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prvi razlog so <strong>rezultati poskusov na mi\u0161ih<\/strong>, ki <strong>niso pomembne za \u010dloveka.<\/strong> \u010clove\u0161ki organizem je v mnogih pogledih druga\u010den od organizma glodavcev. Zato rezultati poskusov na mi\u0161ih <strong>niso relevantni za ljudi.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li>Te\u017eava so bile tudi same mi\u0161i, na katerih so izvajali poskuse, saj so bile to <strong>gensko spremenjene \u017eivali.<\/strong> Manjkalo jim je klju\u010dnega encima, ki je pomemben pri presnovi ma\u0161\u010dob in to je bil tudi <strong>razlog za pove\u010dano dovzetnost za aterosklerozo<\/strong><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span><\/li><li>Drugi razlog so bile ugotovitve primerjalne \u0161tudije, ki je razkrila povezavo med karnitinom in sr\u010dnimi boleznimi.&nbsp;<strong>Rezultati \u0161tudije niso bili relevantni<\/strong> zaradi <strong>napa\u010dne ocene statisti\u010dnih podatkov.<\/strong> Pri ocenjevanju se je treba izogibati tako imenovanim ve\u010dkratnim primerjavam. Kaj to pomeni? Namen raziskave je bil primerjati vzorce krvi pred in po u\u017eivanju karnitina.
