Situacija bude jo\u0161 gora kada se u medijima objavi vijest u kojoj se&nbsp; nalazi znanstveni dokaz o \u0161tetnosti odre\u0111ene tvari. Zahvaljuju\u0107i sli\u010dnoj situaciji <strong>na crnoj listi se neopravdano na\u0161ao i karnitin.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_je_to_karnitin\"><\/span>\u0160to je to karnitin?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Karnitin je amonijev spoj koji ima svoju funkciju <strong>u metabolizmu sisavaca, biljaka i bakterija.<\/strong> U na\u0161em tijelu <strong>karnitin se nalazi u svakoj stanici, <\/strong>a njegova glavna uloga je <strong>prijenos masnih kiselina u mitohondrije.<\/strong> Osim toga <strong>odstranjuje otpadne i \u0161tetne tvari<\/strong> iz mitohondrija \u010dija je klju\u010dna funkcija <strong>proizvodnja energije<\/strong> za funkcioniranje stanica. Organizam si stvara <strong>karnitin iz dvije aminokiseline <\/strong><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> lizina i metionina. Dvojica ruskih znanstvenika su 1905. godine uspjeli&nbsp;<strong>prvi put izolirati karnitin iz mesa.<\/strong> Na temelju toga <strong>nastao je njegov naziv<\/strong> koji je izveden od latinske rije\u010di <strong>carnus, \u0161to zna\u010di meso. <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [3] [4] [6]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Karnitin se nalazi u \u010detiri oblika <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2] [5]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a title=\"L-karnitin\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/l-karnitin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">L-karnitin<\/a><\/span> &#8211; <strong>naj\u010de\u0161\u0107i oblik<\/strong> koji je sastojak dodataka prehrani za sporta\u0161e i poma\u017ee kod oporavka mi\u0161i\u0107a nakon vje\u017ebanja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>acetil-L-karnitin<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>naju\u010dinkovitiji oblik za mozak,<\/strong> koristan za ljude s neurodegenerativnim bolestima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>propionil-L-karnitin<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>koristan kod problema s krvo\u017eilnim sustavom,<\/strong> naprimjer kod vaskularnih bolesti i visokog krvnog tlaka. Vrlo je va\u017ean za mi\u0161i\u0107no tkivo jer ubla\u017eava umor i bolove u mi\u0161i\u0107ima, no osim toga sudjeluje i u prokrvljivanju i regeneraciji mi\u0161i\u0107nog tkiva. Jedan je od najpopularnijih suplemenata zahvaljuju\u0107i 4 klju\u010dne karakteristike. <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[6]&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">1. Druga je skupina jela samo ugljikohidrate. <strong>Rezultati su pokazali razlike u performansama <\/strong>kod bicikliranja s niskim i visokim intenzitetom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Korisnici karnitina <\/strong>su tijekom sporog bicikliranja <strong>sagorjeli 55 % manje mi\u0161i\u0107nog tkiva, <\/strong>istovremeno pove\u0107avaju\u0107i sposobnost tijela<strong> da se oslobodi masti za 55 %. <\/strong>Tijekom bicikliranja s visokim intenzitetom skupina s karnitinom je imala ni\u017eu razinu mlije\u010dne kiseline i ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu kreatin-fosfata koji izgra\u0111uje ATP. Adenozin-trifosfat je pritom glavni <strong>izvor energije kod fizi\u010dke aktivnosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">2. Pobolj\u0161ava otpornost na umor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje u Nottinghamu tijekom testa na biciklu je mjerilo i <strong>otpornost na umor.<\/strong> Subjekti koji su konzumirali L-karnitin,<strong> mogli su biciklirati 25 % dulje. <\/strong>Razlog boljih rezultata bilo je sagorijevanje masti kod <strong>\u010duvanja mi\u0161i\u0107nog glikogena.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">3. Smanjuje bolove u mi\u0161i\u0107ima i ubrzava njihovu regeneraciju<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi\u0161e studija <strong>potvrdilo je u\u010dinke L-karnitina na regeneraciju mi\u0161i\u0107a. <\/strong>Ve\u0107 su 1 &#8211; 2 g dnevno zna\u010dajno <strong>smanjili o\u0161te\u0107enje mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/strong> i pobolj\u0161ali njihovu obnovu nakon zahtjevnog treninga. Bilo je dokazano da <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/l-karnitin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">L-karnitin<\/a> <strong>ubla\u017eava upalu mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/strong> nakon treninga kod zdravih i aktivnih ljudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">4. Hoax je nastao na temelju dvije informacije <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>istra\u017eivanje na mi\u0161evima<\/strong> &#8211; kod jednog soja mi\u0161eva prona\u0111eno je da karnitin poti\u010de razvoj ateroskleroze. Prilikom probavljanja bakterije proizvodili su tvar koja se naziva trimetilamin-N-oksid (TMAO), a koja o\u0161te\u0107uje srce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>komparativna studija<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; u istra\u017eivanje se uklju\u010dilo 2595 sudionika kod kojih se mjerila mogu\u0107nost nastanka sr\u010danih bolesti i povi\u0161enog krvnog tlaka prilikom uzimanja karnitina. Rezultati su pokazali pove\u0107anu pojavu kardijalnih tegoba.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Za\u0161to niti jedan od razloga <strong>ne ukazuje na \u0161tetnost karnitina?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prvi razlog su <strong>rezultati istra\u017eivanja na mi\u0161evima <\/strong>koji <strong>nisu relevantni za \u010dovjeka. <\/strong>Ljudski organizam se u vi\u0161e pogleda razlikuje od organizma glodavac stoga nalazi ispitivanja provedenih na mi\u0161evima<strong> ne vrijede za ljude<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem su bili i sami mi\u0161evi na kojima je bilo provedeno istra\u017eivanje jer se radilo o <strong>genetski modificiranim \u017eivotinjama.<\/strong> Nedostajao im je klju\u010dni enzim koji je va\u017ean u metabolizmu masti, a upravo on je bio <strong>razlog pove\u0107ane osjetljivosti na aterosklerozu. <\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[1]<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drugi razlog bila su saznanja iz komparativne studije koja je otkrila povezanost izme\u0111u karnitina i sr\u010danih bolesti. <strong>Rezultati studije nisu bili relevantni <\/strong>jer je kod nje do\u0161lo do <strong>lo\u0161eg vrednovanja statisti\u010dkih podataka. <\/strong>Kod vrednovanja je va\u017eno izbje\u0107i tzv. vi\u0161estruko uspore\u0111ivanje. \u0160to to zna\u010di? Cilj istra\u017eivanja je bio usporedba uzoraka krvi prije i nakon uzimanja karnitina.
