Verjetno kak\u0161en te\u017eaven pregled, najsodobnej\u0161a tehnologija in potreba po obisku specializiranega laboratorija. Ker se znanost, medicina in tehnologija hitro razvijajo, se je <strong>velik napredek zgodil tudi na podro\u010dju genetskega testiranja.<\/strong> Posledi\u010dno lahko zelo enostavno preizkusite svojo <strong>lastno DNK<\/strong> in prejmete pomembne informacije, ki so lahko povezane z va\u0161im zdravjem, prehrano in splo\u0161nim \u017eivljenjskim slogom. V tem \u010dlanku bomo razlo\u017eili, <strong>kaj je DNK, kako deluje doma\u010de gensko testiranje in kako lahko podatke, ki jih dobimo z njim, uporabimo v va\u0161o korist<\/strong>. Ugotovili boste tudi, ali vam lahko olaj\u0161a pot do sanjske postave ali bolj\u0161ega zdravja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kaj_je_DNK_in_genetsko_testiranje\"><\/span>Kaj je DNK in genetsko testiranje?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za razumevanje osnov DNK vam ni treba biti genski znanstvenik. To je <strong>&#8220;koda&#8221; \u017eivljenja, ki jo vsebuje skoraj vsaka \u017eiva celica<\/strong>. Genetski testi lahko zelo natan\u010dno preu\u010dijo DNK, hkrati pa lahko razkrijejo <strong>zelo pomembne informacije ne samo za zdravje, temve\u010d tudi za \u017eivljenjski slog posameznika.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DNA je biolo\u0161ki program v na\u0161ih celicah.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako kot so ra\u010dunalniki sestavljeni iz posameznih delov, so tudi <strong>na\u0161a telesa sestavljena iz celic<\/strong>. Ti posamezni deli ali celice <strong>vsebujejo informacije<\/strong>, ki se uporabljajo za njihovo <strong>pravilno delovanje<\/strong>. To je vrsta programa, ki mu sledi celica. In prav temu <strong>&#8220;programu&#8221; v na\u0161em telesu pravimo DNK<\/strong>. Lahko si ga predstavljate kot nekak\u0161no zvito <strong>spiralo, ki ima letvice podobne tistim na lestvi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>DNK je sestavljena iz ve\u010d manj\u0161ih verig, ki so razporejene v <strong>kromosome<\/strong>. Skupno imamo <strong>23 parov<\/strong>, od katerih polovica prihaja od o\u010deta, druga polovica pa od matere. <strong>Eden od teh parov dolo\u010da spol posameznika<\/strong> in morda \u017ee veste, da je kromosom XX zna\u010dilen za \u017eenske in XY za mo\u0161ke. Ali ste prav tako vedeli, da:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u010de raztegnete spiralo DNK, je njena <strong>dol\u017eina<\/strong> pribli\u017eno enaka <strong>razdalji med Zemljo in Soncem sem in tja<\/strong>, pribli\u017eno 600-krat,<\/li><li>vsi va\u0161i znanci, prijatelji in sodelavci imajo <strong>DNK, ki je 99,9% identi\u010dna va\u0161i,<\/strong><\/li><li>in <strong>DNK \u0161impanzov je 98,7% identi\u010dna \u010dlove\u0161ki DNK<\/strong><\/li><li>in banana, ki ste jo pravkar pojedli, ima <strong>41% identi\u010dno DNK<\/strong> kot vi. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[4\u20135]<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Genetika lahko vpliva na skoraj vsak vidik \u017eivljenja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Geni so<strong> predpogoj za va\u0161 izgled, \u0161port, v katerem bi lahko bili uspe\u0161ni ali kak\u0161na bi bila va\u0161a idealna slu\u017eba<\/strong>. To \u0161e ne pomeni, da ste rojeni in boste samo zaradi svojih genov na primer postali debeli, ne\u0161portni pisarni\u0161ki uslu\u017ebenec ali popolnoma mi\u0161i\u010dast vojak. To je le dolo\u010dena &#8220;zasnova&#8221;, vendar lahko z njo delate in jo spremenite bolj po svojih \u017eeljah. <strong>Okolje, v katerem \u017eivite, in celoten \u017eivljenjski slog mo\u010dno vplivata tudi na va\u0161 videz, polo\u017eaj v dru\u017ebi ali fizi\u010dno kondicijo<\/strong>. Zanimivo je, da se vpliv okolja in \u017eivljenjskega sloga na delovanje genov raziskuje na znanstvenem podro\u010dju, imenovanem <strong>epigenetika<\/strong>. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[8-9]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne samo, da ima genetika pomembno vlogo pri tem, kako velik je va\u0161 nos, <strong>lahko pa tudi vpliva na to, kako va\u0161e telo \u00bbprena\u0161a\u00ab ali presnavlja nekatere snovi, kot so <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.si\/kofein\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"kofein, (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">kofein,<\/a> alkohol ali zdravila<\/strong>. Lahko vsebuje <strong>napake, ki so prirojene ali pridobljene v \u017eivljenju zaradi okolja<\/strong> (npr. kajenje, UV sevanje). \u017de majhen odmik, sprememba &#8220;programa&#8221; celice lahko vodi v popolnoma druga\u010dno \u010dlovekovo \u017eivljenje. Znane <strong>genetske bolezni<\/strong> vklju\u010dujejo cisti\u010dno fibrozo ali Downov sindrom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Genetski testi lahko razkrijejo spremembe na ravni DNK<\/strong>. Preu\u010dujejo kromosome, gene in beljakovine, iz katerih nastaja DNK. Zahvaljujo\u010d temu lahko ugotovijo, ali se je dolo\u010denemu posamezniku \u017ee pojavila ali pa mu grozi neka genetska mutacija, ki stoji za razvojem bolezni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kadar je to primerno, lahko informacije o bli\u017eajo\u010di se ali trajajo\u010di genetski okvari olaj\u0161ajo postopek iskanja ustreznega zdravljenja.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti testi delujejo tako, da <strong>preu\u010dijo eno ali ve\u010d zaporedij DNK<\/strong>, ki so lahko odgovorna za razvoj bolezni. V skladu z njihovo ureditvijo lahko na primer domnevamo, je ima oseba dolo\u010deno intoleranco za hrano. Nekateri genetski testi lahko testirajo celo va\u0161o genetsko sestavo ali genotip. <span style=\"color: #ff6600\">[6\u20137]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doma\u010di genetski testi do\u017eivljajo velik &#8220;razcvet&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prilagojena prehrana in usposabljanje na podlagi genetskih testov dajeta povsem novo dimenzijo &#8220;na\u010drtu po meri&#8221;.<\/strong> \u010clovek je po naravi radovedno bitje in zato je jasno, da ne \u017eeli zamuditi prilo\u017enosti, da bi se \u010dim ve\u010d nau\u010dili o <strong>svojem poreklu, prirojeni nadarjenosti za razli\u010dne \u0161porte, pa tudi nekaj o stopnji tveganja za nekatere bolezni<\/strong>. Zahvaljujo\u010d doma\u010dim genetskim testiranjem to \u0161e nikoli ni bilo la\u017eje. Na podlagi analize, <strong>kako se va\u0161e telo odziva na vnos hranil, boste morda prejeli priporo\u010dila za koli\u010dino in razmerje ogljikovih hidratov, beljakovin in ma\u0161\u010dob v va\u0161i prehrani<\/strong>.
